I had to confront them about damaging my property to get them to actually cut the limbs in a manner that directed the fall. They damaged at least one other person's property as well. There is debris all over the complex, limbs in parking lots, thorny branches left near the playground, oil and saw dust all over the sidewalks, glass everywhere from the bushes they pulled up. It's a mess.

The ice storm at the end of 2020 and frozen rains in early spring 2021 in Oklahoma made the tree fragile. Some big limbs fell during the summer and I decided to hire a professional company to do trimming. My experience is different than the existing reviews on Yelp. Kodi, who is the manager and scheduler, came to do the project cost estimation. The estimation is very reasonable, and Kodi is a very nice guy to talk to. He is professional and flexible. On the scheduled working day, the crew arrived on time with all equipment, (chopper, trailer, lifts, etc. ) and did all trimming work in a very professional and quick manner. The crew will separate into groups with a few guys haul away debris, chopping, and cleaning, while other guys will cut the limbs using both lifts and the traditional ways (climbing). I was surprised by the effectiveness and professionalism of the crew. Such a sweet team working. The crew lead, whose name is John, is also very easy-going and professional. person. At the end of the work, I left early for a short meeting, and the crew cleaned up the place nicely. Last but not least, the company is ensured. Kodi showed me the general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance along with the cost estimation. So, everything is ensured especially for dangerous jobs of trimming high limbs. I will definitely hire Vision Tree Service again if additional trimming is needed. Right after the work, I referred Vision Tree to another of my friends in Norman on the same day for estimation.
