After hired they could not arrange pavers as quoted and the price changed. Not use to doing business this way. They left rocks and mud on drive way damaged grass on the side and back of my house. Sadly they didn't care. Now I get to hire a real landscaping company to do the job correctly.

Called top notch - it range Tyler's cell phone I believe. He said they just had a cancelation and could be by in two hours. Unbelievable, and Yes in two hours they were here. We thought we would get natural disaster rates but was shocked to be given normal market rate for tree removal. Large willow tree needed to be removed. Their rate as half of many others. Worked fast, had a great crew, cleaned up extremely well. They indicated the stump grinding we need to be in a few weeks since they rent that and line up all of their jobs in a week to keep their cost down. I thought...ok here we go. Well in less than two weeks they showed up, did the work, cleaned up really well, even took out root branching in the yard, then left the invoice in the mail box, couldn't believe it. Normal my experience with lawn and tree folks was cash and carry and they mean now, in advance. Found out later these guys are all off duty fireman and they do this work in their off shifts. Can't say enough good things. Only sorry it has taken so long for me to post.

Called this company, and Julio answered the phone! He had a list but put us on it! Finally set us up for Feb 8th. Lo and behold, we had a snow storm and the coldest temperatures ever experienced. Very impressive and makes my yard look great. It is a cash business and the owner Terrance has a trailer with all his equipment. Bagging the front and mulching the back for $45 is a decent deal for the square footage. My backyard is huge and the grass was not short by any means, especially with the recent rains we had. We negotiated a better price and he was willing to work with me. His flyer says he will match competitors prices. They mainly do mowing and trimming bushes.
