I chose to go with Don because I felt like he gave a fair estimate, was knowledgeable and he would be coming to do the work himself instead of sending just a crew. They trimmed the tree canopy to where it doesn't look butchered, but enhanced. They cleaned everything up before thwy left. The friendly woman I first spoke with was able to set up a visit to get the quote for the very next day. Dustin came out to look at the job and give me a quote which I found to be reasonable. He made room in his schedule to get the work done the same day. He removed all of the shrubs and cleaned up all of the debris and even went above and beyond in pointing out some issues that he noticed on the side of our house, issues that had been hidden by the large shrubs, and was kind enough to offer advice and suggestions on how we could fix the problems. I was satisfied with Dustin's work and upon hearing how knowledgeable a contractor he is, plan on calling him for future jobs as my budget allows.
