The first time I ever visited this place, I totally forgot to check in. No...it's not what you might be thinking. Sometimes a guy just....spaces out or is too distracted. In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. I found my transaction today to be nothing but based on greed. There is no way you would lose out on the return you took by sending it back to manufacturer because they would be issuing you a new one with the volume you do. I understand you said your policy was that you could not do a value exchange and you can only do an even exchange on lake property but I told you that I did not want this device because it did not work for me. It's not useful for me it does not work for me. I cannot see the light on it. But you gave it to me anyway and you told me basically too bad. I hate when people do this to me. 0 Stars. I rarely do negative reviews, but in this case, I must. Drive 35 miles and went there a couple weeks ago. Place is large, clean, and they have lots of items. But the "glitter" ends at the store. I bought 3 pods packs for my Juul. All 3 were off brand. Out of my 12 new pods, in watermelon, melon and peach - all but 4 pods were leaking, so 8 are defective. Leaking bad. They have a little sign at the store that says not to leave them in hot cars. I literally bought them, brought them into my house immediately, opened within hours, and they were a mess. I just threw them in the trash - didn't think of it again. Went back today - said, "I need to stop polluting the planet with the Keurig cups of vaping", so I decided to get an inexpensive mod. Got a simple mod, and juice - and again went straight home. When I went to try to open the box, the sticker seal on the box was broken. BAD sign. I tried to open it, tried charging it - the GD thing won't charge!!! I was going to go back to get my money back, but then at the bottom of my receipt it says, "7 Days to Exchange". WHY would I exchange? To get another potentially defective item?? The 2 times I have gone - I get crap products. Below is a picture I took - the gold bottomed one on the left is a used Juul pod (currently using, up to 50% full), the green bottomed one on of the right is a fresh-out-of-the-pack leaking Juul off-brand pod, bought at Smoker's Haven. And after all that, I have decided to eat the exchange-cash I spent on the mod - JUST so that they don't put it back on the shelf and trick another customer out of their money, so that they can come back with a BS exchange, sorry-no-refunds story, just like would me, per their "policy". Broken sticker seals on boxes are always a bad sign, and this is why so many people shop online. Trust is gone. Taking the money hit will be good karma on me, on Smoker's Haven, not so much... They both took time on my two most recent trips - while the store was busy - to help me decide what the best product for my needs was, explaining the differences in a way I could understand. I have been a customer of smokers haven for a while and even before the enforced 21 law. So doing so I stopped going there till I was 21. Now being 21 for over 6 months, So today when I was shopping, one brunette curly hair employee was rushing me and my boyfriend out of the store...it was probably because she THINKS we were underage. However she asks for both ids which we give her. My boyfriend gives her, his ID. Immediately says okay. Looks at mine and tells me I have previously given her and ID from New Hampshire, when I have lived in Maine, for almost 7 years now and Maine license do not expire for another three years after you turn 21. I have never lived in NH or ever have had a license from there. The girl immediately tells me it's a fake license, and tells me that I gave her a NH one last time... so incredibly rude, the assumption and her attitude about the whole situation was unacceptable. She has been a very rude person ever since I have shopped at the store, but today was insulting. Avoid this store because they just want ur money and do not care about their customers. Honestly seems like they enjoy the store most when empty so they can just focus on their own interests. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought some CBD from there and it was a complete rip-off. It was $67 for a 550mg bottle and they wouldn't let me return it once I realized that the dose was very low. Keep in mind that I tried to return it minutes after purchasing it! This was my first time buying CBD oil so I did not know it was such a low dose. I definitely recommend buying online. You can find a much better deal and better people to work with who aren't rude. read more

Zero customer service skills and immediate hostility because I don't have my ID. They told me I had to leave while/if my boyfriend made a purchase. Even though I know this policy for licensing, I casually I pointed out that I've previously seen children as tall as me in there with their parents.. that was it. Only losers get so upset at facts. It would be a guess that you already were facing/faced consequences for that before. I can not be the only one that was disturbed by seeing old enough children in your store with parents. It would be different if it's a single parent with a shielded infant. Where's the data on marketing pretty colored vapes in front of children prone to nicotine? Purchased an EVOD vape battery, and failed while I was away on vacation. I had the original receipt which was just outside their 7 day exchange policy (12 days to be exact). They refused to do the exchange, stating that 7 days was the exchange period. The battery gets super hot, uncontrollably - which is safety hazard! What if the battery hurts someone - exchange vs liability lawsuit, I would choose the latter...? They sell poor quality products if the merchant can't guarantee their products working longer than 7 days.....Employees & selection are nice, but the policies, pricing, and customer service is terrible. My husband has been going to this store for years, Since they first opened. He spends well over $100 a week on vapes. He is familiar with all the employees, and on a first name basis with most. Yesterday 7/26 he purchased a JUICE HEAD bar for $20. He hit it max 12 times over the course of 1 hour and it tasted burnt and stopped working. He reached out to the store, although we know their policy. He spoke to a rude B*TCH who said she doesn't care who he is or if he is a regular he was not going to get a new vape or his money back. He didn't want his money back, just a vape that worked. Another employee told him those bars die quickly especially if over charged. My husband asked the owner and was told this was not true information. Anyway, long story short.. we will NOT be bringing smokers haven any of our business moving forward. There are vape stores on every corner, you should show your customers a little more respect if you wish to keep them. read more

Was new to vaping. After breaking 3 glasses for my tank and paying an arm and a leg for new ones and constantly paying 30 bucks for juice. I decided to jump online and see if I could find a cheaper option. Not only did I not find a cheaper option I found out these guys are price gouging and charging double and sometimes 3x more than the price online. I bought my rig from these guys for $80 it sells online for $30! They charge double for juice! The same bottles I was buying from them for $28 sells online for $14! Bought 4 vape pens at this store, wasn't told about the policy to try all 4 pens before leaving, and one of the pens ends up being a dud. I call the store and they apologize for not informing me of the policy, but still refuse to give me a replacement pen. I don't see why I should to still pay for their faulty products. Terrible service, I asked to see the glass to check for cracks in the percolator, and down stem. They wouldn't let me. I bought the bong anyways and when I got home there was a huge crack in the down stem, which has now spread and broken the piece off cleanly. Worst service and terrible glass. Went in for a simple rig, quartz banger, and dab stick for a client gift. It seemed that everything went well. I picked out a nice piece for the price ($50), and asked the salesperson "TCROW" to find a banger that matched, while I picked out a dab tool. She rang up my order, wrapped everything carefully in bubble wrap, and thanked me for my business. When I got home, I unwrapped everything, and found that I got a 14mm female 90-degree quartz banget for my 18mm male stem. I am flying out tomorrow a.m. early, and am in Boston, more than an hour's drive away. Fortunately, someone else from the Nashua area is flying to the same meeting. I call her and ask her to pick up an 18mm female 90-degree quartz banger. She told me that she went to the store, asked for what I wanted (though she is a fan of Earl, she is not much into the equipment specs), and what she got was an 18mm Male, 45-degree quartz banger. To the manager/owner: My client is a globally-recognized brand associated with cannabis. You are not just selling to stoners, anymore. This gift was the first of many such. Ones that I will no longer be looking to purchase from your store. Instead, I will continue one block to the next mini-mall, to Good Times Smoke Shop, where I will be paying 10 - 20% more, but whose staff have never left me wanting to be satisfied. The kicker is the store's return policy is not made clear until the cash has been exchanged, and the receipt printed: "All Sales Final". You started a customer loyalty program recently. If you are not willing to fix the shortcomings of your employees' service, you deserve none. Since your people screwed up twice in succession, and I cannot get my money back for their incompetence, you get this, and a whole bunch of other reviews that tell people how you operate.
