I learn that a lot of what other trim trimmers I've used before was incorrect. Langston really cares about the trees and gave me information on other shrubs I am trimming myself. My oak took quite a hit in the last ice storm and had lost its shape. Not only did they trim the branches that hung over my roof but they also got it back on track to looking majestic again. I talked to Paul in the office, who arranged for his outside guy, Mo, to come out and do an estimate. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the price was reasonable -- about the same as what we had been paying. They get 1/2 up front and then 1/2 on completion. In just a few days, a dump truck from Whittlesey put the 12 yards of mulch on our driveway. A couple guys from Austinscapes were there that afternoon and by mid-day the next day, they had it all done. Turned out to be a perfect estimate on the amount of mulch needed and took less time to get done than I would have thought. They cleaned up nicely. What's not to like?

The trees were cut down to ground level, removed quite quickly and the grounds around them was raked clean of all leaves and debris. I contacted a local company to get an estimate. In walked Matt Burgess. He impressed me so much I didn't have to think twice about hiring that company, including Matt! Fast forward to August 2025. My trees had taken off but were still under stress and once again needed attention. I found Matt's business card which I had saved from 2022. I looked him up on Google and found Matt had his own business, Tree Service and Consulting! I called him and he came out and we did the tour of the trees.
