They took my credit card and wrote me a receipt for "whole yard tree trimming". It was more like a 25% tree trim job. They left a lot of debris in my yard and my neighbor's yard. A few days later I saw them in the neighborhood trying to secure more business even though they hadn't finished my yard. They were also supposed to treat an oak tree for oak wilt and wrap the trunk. This can only be done at certain times of the year. As of today (March 6, 2018) they have not touched that tree. I have made a number of calls with no answer.
