You can work with a private instructor (separate charge). It's the only place I've exercised regularly. They offer different options for classes from punch card etc... The best part of the monthly pass is you can take classes remotely via Zoom. So, when I'm on vacation I can log into the class or take it when I feel like it if I'm in a different time zone. More like a 3/5 which was surprising to me as I've had 10 prenatal massages total and for $160/60min, that's by far the steepest I've ever paid and walked away with a few new pains in my shoulders and back :( I'm sad about that but again, facility is great.
