The actual space is pristine and private. I just started training with Moonin. He's motivating, detail oriented, and very understanding. There's tons of open space for functional work. When I work out, I want a power rack. Most gyms have one or two and so there's often a long wait. Because All Access has so many, of the 100 or so times I've gone, I've only had to wait for one three times (an extra ten minutes added to the warmup and one always frees up). There are serious lifters here, but it's not a judgmental group, just people serious about getting fit and strong. I find their success inspiring. The main area of improvement would be more plates so that each rack is self-sufficient.

You can work with a private instructor (separate charge). It's the only place I've exercised regularly. They offer different options for classes from punch card etc... The best part of the monthly pass is you can take classes remotely via Zoom. So, when I'm on vacation I can log into the class or take it when I feel like it if I'm in a different time zone. Regular sessions keep you accountable and on track, and the workouts change each time you visit. You can carry the knowledge with you, of course, but the trainers make the difference here. All the trainers I've worked with have been great, but Jess in particular is outstanding.
