Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

He came by my property, surveyed the job, and presented me with a quote on Friday. The quote was very reasonable, we booked the job and by Saturday early evening it was completed. I am so pleased with the work Alberto and his crew performed on my backyard. I told him how happy he made me! He took great care to ensure our mulch was cleaned up throughly and that he bagged the shrubs right where they were to ensure toxic needles were not spread around our yard. Mr. Robinson was extremely professional and a truly experienced climber with expert saw skills. It was amazing to watch him drop tree limbs exactly as he planned out with his ground crew. Michael managed his team with authority and prioritized safety - literally from "top to bottom". High Climbers Tree Care was efficient and conscientious, the entire project was completed flawlessly. Fair pricing and came right out on two separate days to get the trees down working around the highly unpredictable wet cold April weather. Jeff Hall, of Hall Brothers Tree Service was one of the representatives that came out, a most personable person that impressed me the most as to knowing exactly what tree needed attention, which didn't and which needed to come down. After agreeing to hire his company we then went back through the yard and he recorded each tree that needed attention and what they needed to pass on to his crew. The crew came out on a Monday morning and went right to work going from tree to tree, each one knowing what his job was and doing it efficiently. The next time I need tree work done I won't have to look for a tree service all I have to do is call Hall Brothers I am so impressed by my experience with them.
