Fair pricing and came right out on two separate days to get the trees down working around the highly unpredictable wet cold April weather. They did an awesome job of carefully setting up the job site (some equipment had to be on my neighbor's driveway to get access) and great clean up after. I already reviewed one of them. Ilya's was the winner however. I needed the work done fast because I have 2 other projects coming. I met him on a Friday wednesday he is here doing it all. Highly professional AND very knowledgeable about trees in general. He was NOT what I expected. He looked an an Old Oak towering over my garage and told me that the tree was in great health so not urgent to do. However the front was. So I contacted Dennis tree service to have an area that I already cleared. I needed the brush removed and ground graded and ready for seed. While they came 4 weeks after initial start date. Hoa disturbed them and needed approval for clearing. After dealing with hoa for 8 months I got consent to continue. Seth and the main office have treated me like a joke for reaching back out for them to create a new estimate to finish the originally started project. I've made numerous attempts to contact office where I'm informed I'll receive a call back within 10 min. Days go by no calls. I've left voicemails inquiring what would be the cause of this disrespect to receive apology's and reaffirmation that someone will be in touch. After no one is in touch for days this same process repeats, which leads me to believe that my buisness is more or less just a joke to them. I'm not one to write reviews unless some sort of extreme disrespect. Being a disabled veteran the work I've already completed was incredibly difficult and painful, to be treated with such disregard should be an embarrassment to any company that takes pride with there work
