No bueno…read more THE GOOD: After reading all of the glowing reviews on Google and Yelp, I was confident that I picked the right place and excited to get rid of an ugly stump in front of my house. I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response.
