We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. We are very happy with the service we received from Erich and the crew (Jake, Julian, Neil G., Corey, Zachary, Neil A.) Everyone was very friendly and professional and we learned that some of the crew members had been with the company for nearly twenty years. They worked together seamlessly. Mitch came in and surveyed the problem and went right to work, fixing it. Fresh soil, seeding, fertilizer and nutrients, and leveling. Treated the bare spots in the front yard with some seed pods I got from D and B for $12 a pouch and those spots did better than the reseeded spots this company did. Very disappointed with our decision to hire this company to "beautify" our lawn.
