I came here 2 years ago and had a terrible experience. I got invited back to try it again and was eager since they apparently changed management. It is definitely not for everyone. We went in on family day and it was pandemonium. Kids everywhere, running, screaming, out of control. My kids were in heaven. They ran through the giant play structure, shot the foam Ball guns, drove the little wheels carts and bounced in the bouncy castle. By the time we left after about an hour and a half they fell asleep.immediately in the car. Last time I was there it was dirty, this time despite it being crazy busy it was surprisingly well tended. I will definitely be back with my kids because they had a great time and it's worth it for them to have fun for me to put up with the other parents for a little while read more

For the parents out there, you know that throwing a kids birthday party can be a traumatic and harrowing experience. Everything from the planning, to the hosting, to clean up can lead to draining a few bottles of wine or crushing a flat of beer quicker than you can say "Timmy don't put that in your nose!!!". My kid just turned 3, and to be honest, I was dreading the prospect of having to throw another birthday for the little guy. Love him, but the ol' spare tire can't handle any more beer. I'm happy to say that having his birthday at The Treehouse was a great idea. They made the whole process quick, easy and painless. We literally walked in, made sure the date that we wanted was free, booked a room for an hour, and picked a package (various options that include admission for kids, food, and themed party including a visit from a good selection of different mascots). They even have online cards that you can cusromize and print out! The host there was super helpful in making suggestions as well. We had the kids and parents arrive an hour beforehand to give the kids some time to play, went up to the party room for an hour to have lunch and cake, and then back down for more play time. The facility is clean, the jungle gym was very impressive, ball cannon was a blast, with lots of engaging fun for kids from toddler age and up. Even the dad's had fun playing a friendly game of hoops that may or may not have led to a little name calling and shaming in front of their respective toddlers. I have to say I like this place a lot more than Chuck-e-Cheeses. There is a small area that is token-driven, with the majority of the space dominated by the jungle gym and toddler areas. They also have free lockers that were a really nice touch. Once we were all done, we settled our bill, grabbed our stuff, and left. No clean up, no worries about pesky lingerers who just won't get out of your house. Expect to have your ear drums blown out by the hordes of screaming kids but I'd say that's par for the course when it comes to these things. read more

This is the loudest, craziest busiest place you'll ever go. There are kids and parents jammed into an area overflowing with slides, jungle gym, cafe, baby area, bouncy castle, arcade and birthday rooms. It heaven for kids though. I bring my kids here and I won't see them for an hour. Once again hadn't seen my son in so long I had the page him at the front desk because I was a little worried. Don't fear though! They do the same number stamp as Chucky Cheese so no one can make off with your babies. You and your child's numbers have to match for you to leave the play area. I bring my crochet or iPhone and headphones and zone out. It's actually quite relaxing. The food is good but as expensive as you'd expect. read more

First time here. Arranged a play date for my 7 and 5 year old. Was suggested by one of the Mom's. Big indoor playground we came early at 9:30. Nobody but 5 kids until about 11:00 am then it became audibly increased in noise. Even with the noise there was still of lots of space for the kids to run and play. They have one big structure with slides, climbing structure and a small arcade area. They had one bouncy castle set up. They have a little area with these rideable animals that seemed to be a big hit. There is an area with air ball guns and ball pit. They have a toddler area which has a slide and a ball pit. They do have a cafe with a big selection of fresh fruit, sandwich and snacks. Reasonable price. If you want to book a party they have 3 rooms available. Look online to book. They also offer parent date night mostly every Friday from 5 - 8:30, coat $30 per child and each additional sibling is 1/2 price. Something to keep in mind in the future. They also offer in and out privileges so we went out for lunch and came back around 3 pm. Definitely more busy at 3 pm as several parties were going on. For the mom's out there it was nice to sit and talk and socialize while the kids played. So that was a bonus. Wound recommend this indoor playground. read more

My little one is only 10.5 months old right now, so when invited to places like this I am very hesitant as I'm not sure what age rage of children will be there. I decided to give it a try because a girlfriend of mine was taking her two little ones here. I checked the website and saw that because mine is under one, she would be free (AWESOME!). So we went. The staff was friendly and prompt when trying to enter. Once inside you see the HUGE Jungle gym area, a bouncy castle, a games area and a toddlers area. I brought my babe into the toddler area to play. The first part wasn't bad. There's lots of toys and space to play. The only thing that had me worried was that a lot of parents didn't follow the rules about height going into the ball pit. There were a few that went into the ball pit and were acting a little crazy when the little toddlers were in there. Scaring a few and stepped on my friends daughter. I would suggest more staff to do rounds and keep an eye out for bigger kids in the toddler area. If you want coffee, a drink, or food there is concession available as well. They have a wide variety of foods including healthy snacks for your kids. The only thing I don't really understand, is when you leave you have to show your stamp that you receive when you come in... not sure the point of that, but I had to wait a few minutes for the staff to finish with people waiting to get in. Everything seemed clean and taken care of. And definitely could see me bringing my little one here as she grows to burn off steam in the winter time. read more

Hell on Earth for the childless among us, myself included. Went for a one year old's birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and as soon as I walked into the place my throat tightened up and I wanted to turn around and run away. There's no way that place was meeting fire code capacity. There were kids EVERYWHERE, on the ground, in the sky on giant play structures. Of course there are kids, you say. But there were just too many in there for it to seem safe. Most of the parents looked miserable. Lots of bitchy looking moms and, unsurprisingly, not a lot of dads. Can't comment on the price because it's free for adults. There were different price ranges depending on the age of the child you're paying for. Seemed expensive and weird to charge different prices for different sizes of kids. There was pizza and hot dogs at the party I was at. Pizza was meh, what you would expect. Hot dogs are hot dogs and they were sort of small. Kid sized, I suppose. There was a concession where you could buy food but I heard from relatives it was super expensive. Like, $6 for a tiny personal sized plastic box of veggies. I guess my cousin had the room rented for a certain amount of time, and the second that time was up we had to be out. It seemed liked my cousin was doing most of the cleaning up and the teens who worked there were just standing around looking bored. I understand the need for kids to let out energy and play when the weather is bad outside, but this place was too hectic for any adult to stay sane. I have so many good things to say about this place, I'll start by saying my then 5 month old daughter was accompanied by an almost 1 year old and a 3 year old along with the families. Just to put across how fun this place was we stayed for SIX hours and there was no tears! This indoor play place is incredible, it has a bouncy castle, a "air gun" shooting area with foam balls, a small kids basketball "court" a huge play structure complete with a few slides, tubes, rock wall, climbing apparatuses, and suspended bridges all safely a few feet in the air. It also includes a baby zone that has a small slide, a ball pit, a few bouncers and lots of cushy mats and fun areas to crawl and climb all safely done in its own zone that is specific to babies (how great is that!) The prices are great all under 12$ for different ages and under a year plays free. For the more pricey items it's definitely the food and the arcade, there is no outside food allowed although I didn't see any policing of that rule but there is a concession with your regular gas station sandwiches and salads and the not so kid friendly hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers. They did have lots of drink options but they were way to stocked up on candy and chips and chocolate for my liking. It would've have been nice for the quality of food to match the price but like any outing you kind of know what your getting into! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodation, it was completely breast feeding friendly no one was asked to move or anything. There are change tables and something I really appreciated was the adults were free to play anywhere. Yes that's right, they could play on anything with the kids! These guys also hold birthday parties, and do have private rooms available. All in all it was really fun! I think though I might stash my own fruits and veggies. read more

Me and my family will not be returning to the tree house very dissapointed 30 some dollars for two kids to get in plus 30 dollars for lunch unbelievable my 8 year old didn't enjoy himself it is aimed mostly for 6 and under I would say 4.75 for a cupcake is insane . Tons of bully moms there and mean kids terrible experience manager refused to help with situation my 4 year old daughter left with a bruise on her cheek because someone's child hit her in the face when she didn't get her way! Quite small. And the staffs were not professional. They seem to like to enjoy their own time there than do their jobs. When my kids and I went, there was "mini and Mikey mouse " in the place. But they were not there to play with kids. They were busy getting their pictures taking WITHOUT kids. I was not impressed. I babysit 2 kids during the week. It's tough to keep them entertained and active this time of year. yesterday we went to the tree house for the first time. What a blast! They played for almost 2 hours and we would have stayed longer, but it was supper time. The admision cost was reasonable and there was much to do. Fun for the kids, warmth for me. Love this place! But only during the week, weekends are hell on earth in there. My son is 2, I work around the corner, we go on Tuesdays and Thursdays and play all evening! He has a blast because he isnt confined to the toddler area. On tuesdays and thursdays its not busy and my son is able to climb all over the place without getting pushed and pulled by a million kids. Have been to Treehouse several times over the past few years, my kids always have a blast.

It was very pricey. $8 for 1-3 years and $12 for 4+ years. Food and beverage were also expensive. Drinks $2.50 and sandwiches and tiny fruit bowls $5 each. Not worth the money. Had some rides that were seriously coin operated. Owner came out after my gift card wasn't working and said "the balance is zero the computer doesn't lie" and walked away without another word. I saw ONE staff member on the floor. There were many kids and no supervision around. Pretty sure it was family owned and operated. Try Millennium Place, Cafe O'play, Kidz Quarterz or Toy hutch instead. Even the YMCA playground. All are cheaper anyways. read more

We love it at treehouse! So many reasons, I love the staff - they are always friendly. The food is really good and as a mom of a kid with allergies, I have to say i very much appreciate that when I ask for ingredients in the food they pull out a binder that has the ingredients label for everything they serve. I can say that there are a few indoor playgrounds we don't visit at all anymore because of how poor the service is when it comes to asking for ingredients in their food. The Play structure is huge and my boy loves it. They seem to have a changed a few things up every now and then in the back corner to keep things interesting and fun. I love that the baby area is in the middle and you can still watch your older kids while in there with the little ones. The bathrooms are always clean and in working condition but also open so you kid can learn independance without worrying what is happening behind a closed door. I see they always have different activities that are free once you pay admission which is great. The monday morning free coffee thing is my FAVOURITE!! and when my boy gets a bit older and is up later I look forward to utilizing the date night they advertise! Thanks Treehouse! read more

I've come here a few times with my children and every time there are children running around the play structures with no socks on. The staff have never approached any children to put their socks on and usually the socks are just randomly tossed in a corner of the play structure. We are always asked when we enter if everyone in our group has socks on. Why ask if you don't plan to enforce your own policy? The entire place seems dirty at any time we have come which is funny because it seems like they are closed a lot for cleaning. We always get the game tokens which is starting not to make sense since half of the games are out of order. The food is horribly overpriced and tastes like garbage. Save your money. read more

I visited treehouse today with my two children. All was fine and dandy until I noticed a man taking videos of everyone in the building. I told my husband who went to confront the man and the man told my husband that he was there to take videos because he possibly was going to be bringing his child here in the future. The man at the desk agreed that that behavior was odd but still did not remove the man. the man left on his own. Obviously we decided to leave at this point but before we did I asked to see a manager and find out exactly what was the policy about letting in adults that were not in the company of a child. A lady named Kate arrived and when we asked about if there was a policy she avoided answering. I asked her to call the owner and verify so she turned her back to us, shook her head, and finally got the owner on the phone. Kate was extremely rude. The owner got on the phone with my husband and said that there was no policy concerning adults entering without a child present. That anyone was free to come and go but that if there was no child, that the staff would monitor the individual. How much monitoring was being done when a man videotaped the entire place, EVERYONE's CHILDREN, and then left on his own free will. The only person to confront him being my husband. Do not waste your time here. There are plenty of nice places that a far more clean and have better policies in place to ensure the safety of all children. Please DO NOT take your child to Treehouse. The owner, Eric, is terribly rude and arrogant. I paid over $550 for a party of 19 children; 26.95 per extra child for hot dog and chips-they forgot our chips. Also, it was so busy that it was impossible to keep track of the children. Therefore, we paid over $12.00 for a single hot dog. I was so upset with this place, Serina the helper was the only bright spot of the day. On top of it all the birthday parties are booked back to back so I had to move all the things out right at the 50 minute mark, and then I got to watch the room be prepared nicely for the next group. We did not get our room arranged nicely, perhaps because I picked the mid-range party (luxury) instead of the higher range (platinum). Lastly, they forgot to give us our chips, and then tried to charge me for extra. I cannot stress how important it is for parents to not support this establishment as they are making a mockery of what we are willing to do for our children. read more
