My grandchild got hand foot mouth disease while at this facility it was reported to the male Owner (don't know his name becasue he's NEVER there, but we informed him by calling him on his cell phone and let him of my grandchild's absence and reasoning why and asked him to let the teacher and parents know and by law the Daycare is required to inform staff and parents of this disease and when my grandchild returned, the teachers had no idea why my grandchild was out! Kids do not learn here! Teachers set their phones up on window sills to have the children watch YouTube. The owner is money hungry and does not care about children. The turn around on staff is ridiculous. After my grandchild was on deaths door in their care, Police and CPS were notified immediately. If you care about your child's well being, learning, and health, I beg you, Please do not send your child here. There are daycares that have cameras all over, supply breakfast, lunch and snack, send you photos DAILY of your child and teach them so much every single day and they ARE SO MUCH CHEAPER than Little Einsteins . It's sickening that this place tries to say all their bad reviews are from angry ex employees. Don't listen to the Owner's responses. Look this daycare up yourself and see the CPS and Health Dept complaints and failed inspections.

Our kids have been here for several years and they won't be going anywhere else. It's not the biggest or the fanciest facility, but they do a lot of cool stuff with the kids (petting zoos, parks, ice cream shops, movies, fishing, swimming, etc). The staff is awesome. They're stern enough to keep problems with the kids in check, without being abusive or lazy with their discipline. They're always sure to let you know if your kid was out of line and how they were punished, so you can have a talk with them. But they're also sure to let you know if they had a great day and they'll reward them. And I can't say enough about their VPK program. Our son went through it last year. He picks things up pretty quickly, so he went in with some knowledge, but we were extremely surprised how quickly he advanced with the incredible people they have on staff teaching. This daycare was an enormous step up from the place right around the corner. If you're in this area, and are on the fence about which daycare you want for your kids, choose this one. You won't regret it.

The tour was simple and informative. The application process felt thorough. The teachers and staff are all respectful. His main teacher is helpful, fun, and kind. He comes home every day with stories and we feel he's being taken care of. At the most recent school event, there were many faculty that knew him by his name. He loves it, so we love it. Never had a day where my kid was good today always had something to say about behavior and disciplinaries that should be followed at home, yet upon return home I notice none of the feedback the teachers give me or other parents. most staff will watch your kids outside of the building for cheaper as well so what's the point of the facility when I have an employee come cut my grapes for my son at home yet the facility can't cut grapes, provide the safety for my child let alone look after them. I am typing this up as a frustrated parent in concern that there needs to be entire overhaul of their curriculums, as well as replacing majority of the staff with people capable and sensible of not only working with our children but also able to work cohesively as a team and make proactive contributions to the lives of our children by inspiring and instructing them, Not being upset at the parents for not providing the necessities that should have already been provided.

The school promotes strong common-sense values and encourages students to appreciate the opportunities they have in this country. I say this as a legal immigrant who proudly became a U.S. citizen here. Parents who want their children to build solid foundations and have the best chance to thrive in life will appreciate what this school offers. It provides quality education for families who may not necessarily want--or be able--to send their children to expensive private schools. In our experience, the administration and teachers truly care about the students' growth, both academically and personally. We are very grateful that our two children had the opportunity to spend several important school years here. I strongly recommend Hillcrest in Lake Wales. I am surprised to read a 1 star review by Geogre (George?) who mention he got a virus from food there. I guess that is a young student who wrote this, so i am not sure his review is 1/ objective and 2/ relevant. I would not take it into consideration, based on my own & kids' experience.
