They came a day AFTER I requested the work be done because I was planning a party and then did not finish the job until the following week! Despite the scheduling issues, the crew did EXCELLENT work in removing several large branches that had fallen in my backyard and cleaned up all the wood chips and debris. I received a follow-up call apologizing for the scheduling issues and promising a second treatment of a fungus-infected red oak tree. Also, the price was reasonable for the work done.
