The crew blocked my driveway while performing work in the neighborhood and showed little regard for common courtesy or respect toward neighboring residents. Before the issue escalated, I politely informed the crew that I would be leaving soon and that they would need to move their vehicle. I initially allowed them additional time to continue working. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. I found the behavior of both Jake and partially the crew to be highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Please do your due diligence when hiring so called, "professionals."

I was on a call when I did the walk thru with the manager on site, so I was rushing and didn't notice the trees by the pool were not cut. I called to let them know that trees around the pool were not done. And I was blamed for it not being done because I didn't see it when we did the walk through. After I went over all the things I wanted done, the company sent me an estimate. LT called again to set a date and on the date the team showed up right on time. The two young me worked from 8:30-3:30, trimming bushes, trees, and removing an entire tree. They were methodical, picking up and chipping the branches.
