Arborist Priscilla came out assessed, sent us a invoice and the workers were out next day. They worked fast and somehow cleaned up all those tiny branches. They don't do a good job either. Normally a tree service will paint the exposed limbs on certain types if trees like oak after being cut to protect the tree from bugs. They did not do any of that. Then they never came back to finish the job. I was willing to pay more for them to come back. They wound up cutting live limbs instead of the dead limbs that I needed trimmed off. It's funny they couldn't finish the job because somebody else came and cut the tree into smaller pieces and hauled off the tree for them because they wanted the firewood. 2 and 1/2 trailers full of heavy wood they didn't have to carry off. They were scheduled twice more but were no shows and won't answer the phone. Or answer texts. Their business phone provided on Yelp was out of service and the phone number I zelled payment to won't answer either.
