The prices are reasonable, the equipment efficient, and the staff skilled and thorough. Our old black lab is treated with such care and always comes home with a shiny, stink-free coat. They also will do teeth cleaning and trim his paw pad fur and nails so he's not sliding around on our floors. It can be challenging to book an appointment. I wish they had online booking for returning clients. Currently, you have to call to make an appointment and I have never had someone pick up during business hours. Instead, you wait several days for someone to return your voicemail appointment request. I recently waited 2+ weeks (after two voicemails) for a return call. I recommend booking your next appt in person when you drop your pet off. I also warn them every time that our pup will excitedly pee all over the floor when they bring him out to us upon pickup and outside maybe a better reunion spot. They always shrug it off and then pup pees all over, stepping in the puddles with his newly bathed footsies. Bleh. The good definitely outweighs the bad, though! They clearly know what they're doing.

After begging, my parents agreed! I was set to come in again and pay but then my mom had to receive chemotherapy and needed me. I called and setup another date and they agreed. The next week my mom was ill from the chemo and I, once again, could not leave her. I called to explain but the lady went on and on about how they have other people that really want "this" and if I'm not going to pay to just stop. I explained that its my dream and all. She set another date. My mother was sick again. I actually cried when talking to the woman, she said," Just stop, its obvious your parents don't care, they don't want this for you, you are screwing with our schedule." I tried to explain, shes the type that just wont stop talking and only get louder when you try to say something. I said that i had the money and I am sorry for this and that as she was going off, she stopped and yelled (I swear) "Liar, don't be condescending with me!", and then hung up and now when I attempt to call they always pick up and say the same thing, SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU. GOODBYE! How heartless, they just want your money! And I swear to God in heaven that this is the truth! I imagine a sticky note with my number on it. My mom survived by the way. :)
