BUT when I smoked it, it was the harshest flower I have smoked in a VERY LONG TIME. I was super disappointed and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Did it get me high? Decent location but do not do anything a budtender advises as you may end up screwed. I bought some edibles: one for sleep one for an event. I told budtender i did not have much experience with daytime edibles. I thought i heard him say he could throw in one more thing of a certain brand for a dollar. I said ok i would take another sleep one. In the car i realized i had been charged for 3 and then $1 for a daytime low potency edible i did not order and did not want. Was back inside within 30 seconds with the sealed packages. They would not take them back. Nor did they care that there had been a misunderstanding less than a minute ago. Worst customer service ever. The fat white dude with the curly light brown hair and glasses had a foul rude attitude and was slow as hell. And it was almost dead inside so he wasn't busy at all. Only three customers in the entire shop. There's just too many amazing dispensaries in Los Angeles to put up with that crap. I recommend Cornerstone Wellness in Eagle Rock instead of this place. This is literally a local spot only. Parking sucks, their process sucks, and their pricing sucks. It is convenient if you live in the area, but they capitalize on that forsure. They don't have a designated parking lot, and you cannot park in front of the establishment. You have to remember what you want. Name, quantity, & flavor. Otherwise you literally will be asked to go look at it again and relay it back. Whatever you bring to the register you got to put back. Pricing isn't the best here. Nice selection but not worth the money with the wait for their "queue" and the budtenders aren't the friendliness. Come here if you absolutely have to. Good dispensary if you're looking for the usual brands and products. The prices are pretty good and comparable to a lot of places especially better prices than the next closest dispensary. There's a 10% off discount if it's your first time I believe. They can do cash which is best or debit card only (no credit cards). With debit they charge you a fee. Two actually I think. The atm fee and a processing fee but most dispensaries do that nowadays so it's not uncommon. Overall a good spot for your cannabis needs. OH the best part I would say are the sales. Like most other places they have discounts for certain products depending on the day of the week (I don't think they have any weekend deals) and those deals are usually pretty decent. Usually see the same guys working there and they're all pretty nice and cordial. Ps. There's a few places that do this now but if you leave a good review on here they offer a pre roll for a penny. I go in there fifteen minutes before closing after circling the block looking for a parking spot, which ended up being up the hill a couple blocks. The guy behind the counter acts the whole time like he's annoyed I came in, hurries me, grunts inaudible one-syllable responses to a couple questions, tosses my little order on the counter. He informs the woman behind me it's cheaper to use the ATM than a debit card, like I'm invisible while I'm literally standing there paying with my debit card. He then swivels around the little card thing asking whether I want to leave like a 25%, 30%, or 40% tip. Inventory is good though. So in conclusion Trees is a land of contrasts. read more

This is my regular dispensary, the one I go to do all my weed shopping but lately something has been up. I think a few of the employees are scamming and this why I think that. Every time I go I basically get the same thing and when you pay, the handheld will round up more than the cost which is fine and normal with debit and then when u get the handheld to finish your purchase it will ask you if you want to tip and in parentheses next to the NO it says (get back $4) I always click that to get the dollars back and put one cash dollar in the tip bucket. But out of the last 3 times out of five I've been there two different employees (I have their names and descriptions) are not giving you the money back and instead just hope you forget and what I'm assuming pocketing the money. Bc if they do that to ten customers there's 40 bucks right there. I'm going to go again in a few days and see if they do it again and I'm going to say something. Just a heads up get YOUR CHANGE BACK IF YOUR USING UR DEBIT CARD. And if you work there stop stealing please. read more

Really wanted to like this spot, but the customer service is so bad I just can't get past it. I've been in many, many times since they opened and it's always like they're upset you came in to shop. Very unhelpful and generally disinterested. Never mention anything about deals, always blasting music and I get it you're reading this and you're thinking "yeah they're stoned" well, sure, we all are, but I'm trying to give them money and move on with my day. Also, very overpriced. The $23 gummies here go for $18 down the road. I know the taxes and fees are mostly out of their hands but then there's the card fee etc and a $50 8th turns into $75 instantly.
