I've been going to this store for a while, mainly because the prices are on the lower side, even though the quality of the product is just average. I was a regular and never had issues before. But during my last visit, I had a disturbing experience with the security guard. He harassed and threatened me in front of my child, even taking photos of us and my car. The manager and staff saw this and did nothing to help. I left feeling shocked and unsafe. I won't be returning and would advise others to avoid this place. read more

Sold me a leaking cartridge & I tried calling they told me it was my fault for not checking the cartridge properly. They also told me it's two late to replace it since I bought it on May 27th. I bought this as a deal too, came with one battery and another cartridge, which the other one is the cartridge that leaked the entire cart overnight while in my pocket. So I guess since I just barely finished the other cart in 12 DAYS (SORRY I GUESS THATS TOO SLOW!!) For the managers liking I guess I should've finished it in two days or something since I was told that I should've let them know sooner that my other pen was leaking except I just switched the cart last night. Then while on the phone the manager tells me to tone it down because I was upset at the fact that they basically blamed the customer for not opening up the product right away. Like really this is how customer service is now? Crazy because I always tip the laddies here and I'm feeling like I have been scammed and also gaslit because how you are gonna tell me that I should've known better and smoked my carts faster to get some kind of refund or checked the carts immediately to make sure it's not a faulty cart, like where did yall put that in the fine print Also I wouldn't really bother spending money on weed here to even get a good eighth your spending upwards 35-50 $ and it's not even that good most of it has been prepackaged for up to a year now. Definitely some stale weed and they sell edibles also for way more than other places. I would rather order from WeedMaps, has way better deals on everything. The literal owner of this establishment is what made me immediately want to write a positive Yelp review. Let me explain. I've gone to this shop for over a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences! This is hard for me because I am often not welcome places because I am Transgender and I do not look like my ID. I can prove it's me but unfortunately in this political climate, trans people are generally turned away for being trans. This place has always been so nice to me but today I met the owner and not only was he super nice to me and accepting, he also gave me a free little give away as a token of appreciation. One of my close friends just passed away so I was having a terrible day. But the owner of Happy Green really turned that around for me. Thank you sir!
