I did get $4 in cash back but still, that's a bit wild and it was my first time, so I'm used to getting deals. I used to really like this place, but honestly it's gone downhill unpleasantly. I came in this pass Friday morning with my sister and friends, and the two girls working were super sweet and helpful--so I thought I'd give this place another chance but every other visit has been frustrating, and the atmosphere just feels off now. There have been a bunch of issues. One time they had a 30% off deal on cake vapes, but I only got 10% off. When I mentioned it, the manager seemed annoyed about fixing it, even though it was their promotion. They also cancel deliveries pretty often, saying they're short-staffed or too busy... which makes me wonder why there's only 1 person doing deliveries in the first place. Whenever I stop by after work, there's always a long line because there's only one person working the front. And the pricing on the TVs doesn't match what you actually pay. For example, it'll say "2 Fly High packs for $45," but then it rings up closer to $70. It just doesn't make sense and feels misleading. This used to be me and my friends' go-to spot, but now we'd rather go somewhere else--even if it costs more--just to avoid the hassle. New shop on the block opened up at the old mechanic shop! It's such a cute looking shop because they seemed to have kept the old building facade but modernized into this cool NFT weed shop. Y'all know the Bored Ape NFT (poor Justin B) is cute as heck and apparently there is a whole lifestyle. They told us if you own the NFT you get a daily free eighth?! I don't do flower but that seems like a whole lot, lol! The shop itself is shiny & new so everything is so organized. Between the adorable Bored Ape graphic and the cool name, this shop has to be the most visually appealing I've ever seen in LA from the outside. They have Bloom, Kanha, and they said they are getting Pax soon so cover all my usual brands. Plus they had some cool products I hadn't ever seen before. $5 tiny prerolls!? I'm in. Prices are a bit less than the competing KTown location so I def like that. I don't think their online ordering is working yet so once that gets going, it'll be much easier to order and pick up. I have been going to the store for over two years and tonight was the worst experience I ever had. The manager of the store, said that I was looking at him a certain way, and it made him uncomfortable, which I was not looking at him in any particular way.
