HOWEVER, everything changed after they took my deposit. They did not communicate when they would schedule me for the delivery until I called them. They were scheduled to perform the service at 11 a.m. on Friday but simply did not show up. I called several times and left messages during the day to receive an update and heard NOTHING. Saturday morning came around and I still hadn't heard anything from the company. After doing some digging, I found that Jonathan Fredericks from Frederick Lawn Care was a co-owner of this company and called him. He had no idea what was going on and said he would get to the bottom of it. I received an email an hour later from Prime Roots offering to refund or reschedule. I asked when we could reschedule and heard nothing. I finally asked for a refund and STILL have no received an email or call. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
