After our first meeting he knew exactly what we needed and he came up with a great plan. We needed HOA approval and John even had everything ready for our ARC application. In total, Luxscapes installed a perfect sized paver patio, planted 3 large privacy bushes, four palms (on the larger size) and numerous small plantings to accompany the palm "islands". He replaced my very worn out flower beds with rock and a stone wall and suggested moving a tree and additional tree. Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great!
