Meet the Business Owner: Ena R.
A yogi since 1997 in LA, Ena opened a studio in 2007 upon her relocation to Colorado. She became nationally certified as a yoga therapist, her dream, in 2010. In 2011, Ena sold her studio space to work as privately with clients in one of Northern Colorado's first private practices of its kind. In 2014, Ena became a certified iRest facilitator, a protocol adopted by the US Military for symptoms of PTSD. She combines yoga therapy and iRest in her 75 minute sessions. Ena is also an actor and combines her love of character, the arts and story in her work with clients and students. She grew up in Alabama and that Southern approachability is evident in her relationships with her clients, some of them having been with her for years.
