The only negative I have may be a positive attribute for you, it is a family gym. There are plenty of activities and child care options to allow parents to fill the gym with kids, young and old. Also- cleaning wipes were not readily available. I had to search and eventually ask where cleaning wipes are to wipe down machines! Daily rate: $10 The weight room is large and well stocked. (Plenty of squat racks to go around!) I was there midday on a weekday and the crowd was so nice! However around 3 PM a group of teenage boys did make their way in and begin to easily overwhelm certain pieces of equipment, which is not ideal. The cross training area is incredible, full turf to allow sled pushing/tire flipping. There is a large jungle gym to allow for diverse and versatile workouts. The gym has two types of locker rooms, a quick change which has about 30 lockers (bring your own lock) and two full bathrooms. Also executive style locker rooms which are plush and include saunas. Their gym cinema option is awesome. It has treadmills and ellipticals, in front of a huge movie theater screen in a darkened room. There is as pool! The manager and his son are pleasures to work with! When I'm in Orangeburg I'll be sure to stop by again.

They are consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to help -- they genuinely seem to care about the member experience. The gym is always kept clean and machines fixed promptly when not working. The staff has been quite attentive when needed. Dylan, a staffer, stands out as a good worker and always has a smile on his face when I check in, unlike another PF where the staffers were like staff sergeants. Everyone is important, and the staff in the Harbison PF the goes extra yard to make the gym work smoothly.

Video monitors show the movements throughout the class but there's also a coach present to demonstrate and make corrections, if necessary. At the clock's 3-2-1 you perform 6 sets of 25 second of work followed by 10 seconds of rest then you have 40? Seconds to switch stations. You do this for ~45:00 and then you're done! From what I understand, some days are more cardio / agility / body weight and some days are more strength focused. The coach also helps you modify any challenging movements to suit your personal abilities and goals! I will definitely be going back for more. The energy of the group was stellar ( I went at 12:15 ). I have attended classes on Sunday mornings so when I talk about my experience it's for Sunday mornings bright and early, gotta love those annoying morning people(yep that's me ‍) So when I attended my first class I was a little nervous hell im no spring chicken anymore, I'm old my joints should be oiled for flexibility but what the hell let's give it a try... I walked in and found I wasn't the only old one lol no offense there were people of all ages. I found my little spot for my mat in the back by the corner. I always like being in the back so no one can see me and how awkward i look with some of these poses but secretly in the back of my mind I'm also wondering if my cheap Walmart Yoga pants are showing my ass every time I bend over or as my son calls it "going invisible" Lord help the person doing downward facing dog behind me and happen to look up and see more than they bargained for ‍!! So I'm getting into the poses the instructor has now succeeded in making me feel relaxed forgetting all my insecurities. She is wonderful love love the instructor!!
