This morning the only person working was in Returns and there weren't any in the regular checkout. It's happening all of the time and it's frustrating to wait in long lines. Where is the manager??? I tried ordering 2 different items at 1:20 PM Saturday and it is now Sunday 12:45 PM and still not ready. If I had known ordering online would be this much of a pain I would have just gone in the store and picked the stuff up myself. It wouldn't be so bad if they gave a rain check for the items at the price they were when I ordered them, but nope. They just cancel the order and don't care. It's BS.
