Tips are not required, and if you do a disastrous job, you should be apologizing, not critiquing the customer on what we wanted. It took her several times asking for help, cutting and chopping at his hair for 30 mins and a check in from me to get her to stop cutting it. She also had the nerve to tell my son he had a receding hairline!!! It's a WIDOWS PEAK. She said, "I did what he asked." When in fact, she did the exact opposite. He was so proud of his hair before she ruined it. Now I'm having to build back the confidence and self esteem of a 13 year old boy. Not only did I have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed, but I also had to pay for the monstrosity she wanted to call a haircut. I have never in my LIFE seen a hair cut that messed up. To call her a stylist is an insult to the professional stylists that are good at their job. Vanessa was epic for trying to help, and I wish one of the others would have STOPPED her before it got this far.
