Took my 3 girls here for a treat for All As and Spring Break and it was definitely worth it! All of our nails look great! The techs were so patient with my 10 year olds and 5 year old. We came in on a weekday and were started pretty quickly. This is definitely going to be our new spot! Prices were about average for our area as well! read more

Asked for a ballerina/coffin mix shape. I got square. Asked for an ombré glitter out to other nails, the lady got irritated and said she couldn't. Then grabbed loose glitter not matching and rubbed it all over my nail and i said i didn't want it because it didn't match. She got mad and grabbed the alcohol and rubbed my entire painted nails off taking the original metallic off the first coat. Then took the original glitter and painted my whole nail and i said that's not what i wanted and she started yelling in another language and i said i just want them plain colored and I'd go somewhere else bc if you weren't able to do this it's fine, but I'll go somewhere they can. She got mad and yanked my hand away from my chest and started throwing a clear coat on it completely sloppy and i told her the paint is now different and matte and my other hand is metallic. She started yelling again and the manager offered to help. He was nice but now it's two different styles on both hands. I've already been there for two and a half hours. And he offered to completely start over but I'm so embarrassed and belittled because now I'm the problem the lady got an attitude when I nicely asked and told her it wasn't what I wanted. (I also showed pictures). Then i was still charged full price and and was not apologized to and now still having to pay to get my entire nail set done somewhere else. 17 years I've been going there and now won't ever be back after be charged that for messed up nails, being yelled at and treated so wrong all bc i spoke up for myself politely. read more

I got sat down right away, and I came in for a fill the last place I went to did not do me, right and I think my nail tech knew that because she took such great care of me she looked at every nook and cranny once shaping, filing down she took her time when applying new acrylic, now I will say conversation is nice, but I enjoyed not really talking I am a Introvert so I don't speak much so when we weren't talking at all and she was more focused on her work made me feel even more comfortable. There is not enough space to explain how HORRIBLE the experience my daughter and I had at this place. EXTREMELY rude & Unprofessional cashier - she kept trying to overcharge us (for someone else's service) , She couldn't add up the correct service we got - and wanted to argue with me - when not only my daughter, another customer not with us, and another employee kept telling her we did not get all the services she was trying to charge us. The place was dirty, they didn't offer us any water yet offered water to other customers, they knew we were new to the place, but didn't seem to care to try to make a good impression. Another lady came in with a small child and sat for over an hour - to never be given service, she left, and now I know why other customers who left in the middle of their service - upset. The work was horrible ! How are you trying to charge over $350.00 for 2 pedicures, and 1 manicure ? for only 2 people ? I am from California and they dont even charge that much ! NEVER GOING BACK and DO NOT COME HERE it was the worse experience I have had in a nail salon. I don't have a problem with paying for manicures and pedicures but not almost $350 !! and we didn't get any luxury extra services ! Please get the health department in there asap - its not a clean environment. No No No No! Customer beware!!!! Over price alert! Went in for a mani and pedi. I wanted the nice pedi which menu listed as $60 they charged $62. I picked out regular nail polish but the whole time the tech kept saying you do gel, it much better. Over and over again. I said no 4 times. She kept insisting it better, it last longer, you like better! Finally I said okay. They charged me an additional $20 for gel polish. $82.50 for a decent 25 min pedicure. IDTS. In the past I've paid an additional $5 for gel polish but $20 extra. The manicure was done by a very nice woman and I had originally picked out regularly polish for my hands as well but the woman who did the pedicure I guess told the nail tech that I was getting gel on my hands as well. I still didn't know/realized at this point that they would also charge me another/additional $20 for my nails. It's a scam and ripoff IMO. Yes I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, Bureau of Consumer Protection, and with MS Attorney Generals office for consumer protection and unfair business practices. My guess this isn't the first time they have harassed and bullied a customer into spending more money. I believe it is their standard operating procedure, their business model. I was shocked and outraged when I got my total. The manicure which is listed for $17 cost me $37. Pedicure should've been $60 but cost me $82.50. Neve ever again! Please get in writing what services you want and the total fee upfront with this business and be very clear you do not want any additional service even offered. I wonder just how many other people have had this issue with Elite Nails. Or am I the only sucker? read more

I liked the reviews I read on here, and it's a good location for me. I've been trying out different nail salons since relocating here in April. So far I haven't had much luck, so I was optimistic when I walked in. Very neat and clean place and the employees seemed to be enjoying their job. The young lady told me that the wait would probably be 30 minutes to an hour. She offered to make an appointment for me later in the day. So my appointment was at 3:30 this afternoon, and I arrived on time. Probably five minutes early. The lady asked if I had picked out a color and I said I bring my own. That's the last communication I had with anyone. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there other than that one comment. I gave them 15 minutes and then I was out the door. I told them my appointment was at 3:30 and I was expecting no significant wait. What's the use of making an appointment if you can't stick to it or at least take the time to explain the delay? When I walked out the young lady said something to the effect that they could get me set up. Well why didn't you do it then? Sorry... Too many nail salons to choose from. I don't like leaving negative reviews. But my nails came out crooked when they filed, and it hurt! I thought I was being a wimp, but when they sprayed rubbing alcohol on my nails, my fingers burned. Looking at them the next day, I realized that they cut four of my fingers with the nail file!! Also, I showed a picture of American Tips and they gave me all pink on my nails, it was a nice color so I didn't complain... But it's not what I asked for. Sooo I'm gonna share my experience.... I spent $120 and just didn't wanna go back and say anything but my nails are just horrible. They are already falling off and I got them done Monday. They didn't shape them right. The polish is off and not straight. You can see where she added the nail. And I'm honestly just pissed and wish I could get my money back. I usually don't do stuff like this but I can't believe it. And I didn't say anything cause I didn't wanna deal with it then and they were like 5 minutes from closing. read more

Was in the area recently for my engagement pictures and purposely decided to get a mani/pedi done the day of so as not to mess up my nails while working the days before. It is a clean and bright salon, nothing overly fancy. I was taken right away without an appointment. Got the deluxe pedi and a regular mani, which resulted in an hour and 15 minute visit. They were nice, the gentleman brought a towel over to me when I sat down for the pedi since I was wearing a dress, which I found to be very thoughtful. The pedi was fine and seems to be holding up as I usually expect one too. However, the mani was a disappointment. It started out fine, but then the technician cut one of my fingers - and it's still a rather sizeable scar after 5 days. Again, since I was primping for my engagement shoot, I wasn't exactly thrilled with having a cut on my finger (especially on my left hand!). Lastly, while I don't expect the polish to stay on for weeks (especially with working at a computer all day), this actually started chipping after 1 day. When I'm on vacation I do expect them to keep up for a week and have never experienced this with any other salon. I wouldn't return to this salon in the future. read more

This business should of Never been given a United States license, poor service, very unprofessional, acted like we the customers had a language barrier, if they cannot communicate in a professional manner to US citizens the business should stay in they're own country. My daughter is 18 & was so very poorly treated, talked about amongst the other nail technicians. When she returned home after paying an over rated amount of money for nails & pedicure done improperly & was ignored, I the mother returned to find the same issues with the so called man mgr who refused to let me leave a phone number or have owner contact myself, he then replied he was pretty much the owner after telling me he was mgr. Like which is it? So moving forward he does not realize that info in the US is not to difficult to find. So will be not only calling the better business bureau, but also will contact whomever they got they're city license from as well... Gave a 1 star but that was my only option as this place should not even be allowed to operate in the city of Ocean Springs. read more

I stumbled upon Elite Nails when I was very pregnant and unable to reach my toes comfortably. That was over 2 1/2 years ago and I've never had a bad experience with this salon! If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is good but they messed my eyebrows up so badly. Everytime I look in the mirror I get angry because they waxed at least half my eyebrow off. I had really nice looking eyebrows but now I look like pac-man l. I can't believe I would ever even go to this place! Maybe the one across the street is better but all I know is this one is terrible working with thick eyebrows. I even showed the lady pictures and she still waxed my eyebrows so thin I can probably put a price of grass thicker than my brows. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE. Honestly I have never been so angry with myself and the woman who did my terrible eyebrows!!! I wouldn't even accept a million dollars to go back to these terrible eyebrows killers!!! I just wanted to take some time to highlight this great nail salon and the wonderful experience I had there. I'm very picky about my nails and hair so I was a little nervous going here at first, but they exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a french manicure with pink and white solar nails (tips for some length). Kim, my manicurist did a fantastic job with them, and she made sure they looked just like I wanted them to. My nails came out looking very clean and well sculpted. After my nails were finished, I was treated to a dip of my hands in parafin wax which made my hands very soft and smooth; a very nice touch to finish the manicure! Also of note, was that it seemed like they have a lot of "regulars" that have been there before so that was a good sign to me. If you're looking for a good trustworthy nail salon with people who know what they're doing, go to this one, you won't be disappointed. I give this salon two well-manicured thumbs up! : ) read more
