The young lady who screwed up my hair never said anything to me other than to ask me what I wanted. I had a photo and she didn't ask if I wanted it washed and styled are anything. She never said a word to me the whole 25 minutes it toke her to do it. I felt like she was in a hurry and I was infringing on her time. I'm not one of these little blue haired ladies but even at that she was totally rude and unprofessional. The only good thing about this cluster is the owner was super nice and apologized for the stylest and gave me my money back. So please from this point on I will tell everyone I know about my experience with Style Stop in Scott City. The sad thing is, I don't know what I'm suppose to do with this chop job.
