I had been going to Affinity Salon for probably 2 yrs! The stylist I saw there ALWAYS had his phone…read moreon him! He would actually answer it if it was his friends, while doing my hair! It was always a process to get him to text me back for an appointment! Then it got to the point that he ignored me completely! I have done nothing but be kind to this man! So I have no idea why he doesn't want to do my hair! I let time go by, and messaged him again! Still NOTHING, or he would say let me get back to you, which NEVER HAPPENED! So I would message him AGAIN... saying "PLEASE DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME"! Never to be heard from again! I tried again today...YEP, no response whatsoever. With me even asking is there a reason he doesn't want to do my hair? So here we are! I normally wouldn't do this, but it is making the entire SALON look bad! I would give zero stars if I could! As a business owner myself. I would NEVER treat my customers like this! It's unacceptable, and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to this salon!
