But they will not properly torque fasteners. There had been a metallic rattling since the first time I had them install the front sway bar. I drove it that way for six months or so. They always said the reason for the metallic rattling was because of the BMR components I had them install not having the rubber bushings. Then when me and another guy put my 2022 Mach 1 up on a lift and started looking it over and working on it we were disappointed to find Universally Modified destroyed my front sway bar end links due to not torquing down fasteners and using zero thread locker! I asked them multiple times to use the proper thread locker on all the fasteners. So after fixing the sway bar properly, the car is silent now! Um multiple times have not torque down or at least used a thread locker to keep fasteners from totally backing off. Universally Modified also did not tell me about an exhaust leak we found. I have put a lot of thought for weeks into thinking about/processing the information to make sure I am doing the right thing. They also couldn't get my wheel weights to stay on my wheels. But the plus for them is they did suggest a good place to go and have my Wheels properly Road force balanced. Each time something was not done right I tried to be calm and decent about it when I communicated with them. when I told Universally Modified about each issue, they did not apologize and didn't say what can I do to make it right, didn't say it would not happen in the future, nothing. I feel unsafe using Universally Modified due to them, causing my car to lose control on the street or on the track, and kill or enter others and myself! They will not answer or return my phone calls I tried calling multiple times to communicate with universally Modified in order to speak with them and get their side/viewpoint before I posted this.

Meth kit - has no leaks works fine, wired to a fuse that has power even when car is off. Drains battery if not turned off with the car. Front splitter was missing bolts even with hardware provided only hanging on from canards. Splitter was flapping at 100+; destroyed my $1,100 splitter and $250 front grill. Was told my front accessory drive bolts were loose - they were not I torqued to spec. They proceeded to hit all the bolts with an impact, breaking my AC compressor bolt which the belt pulled the AC line towards my header. Cost $1,300 to take to another shop to get fixed. Crank seal was replaced with incorrect crank seal for the Innovators West Balancer. Which then leaked oil under boost / left a puddle of oil under the car when turned off. Do not take your performance car here. I have other friends in the car industry that have been screwed over by these guys.

I had all four rims and tires stolen from my automobile, so the job was extra complicated. Most tow truck companies wrap straps around the wheels to roll a car up on the flatbed. Since there were no wheels, it took almost three hours to secure the vehicle, using a variety of techniques and special equipment. The driver, Julio, went the extra mile, using cables, wooden boards, skates, etc. and he continued to ease the car out of the space carefully, instead of just yanking it out and dragging it onto the truck, which would have caused more damage. As long as it took, most people would have given up, just left, and reported that the job was far too difficult. Julio kept making adjustments until the job was complete, finally finishing at 12 midnight, after arriving a little after 9pm! He was determined to get my car on the flatbed, no matter what it took! I can't say enough about his diligence in seeing the job through! The next phase involved getting my car to the dealership for repair. There was a ton of confusion involving my insurance company, as well as the Mercedes dealership. The insurance company wanted to wait around and send their own truck to retrieve the car, they were taking a long time to return my calls, and the dealership didn't want the car dropped off, because it didn't have wheels. They wanted to order wheels and wait for them to come in, which would have taken who knows how long! The Mercedes dealership was also unclear as to whether the car should be taken to them or to a body shop. This entire chain of events would have been extremely frustrating, had it not been for the owner, David. He is very knowledgeable about the process, so he helped to facilitate communication between the insurance company and the dealership. He also kept me updated every step of the way, through calls and texts, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. He greatly reduced my stress level, after what had already been the crazy situation, of having my wheels stolen to begin with. He got the ball rolling between all parties, when everyone else was dragging their feet, and he insisted they move with a sense of urgency! I can't say enough positive things about this company, and I will definitely use their services again, should the need arise. Kudos to David and Julio for caring about the customer! This is the way companies should operate!
