**this is a continuation of reviews i have posted at cvs and walgreens, skip to last paragraph to…read moreread about only wawa" does no one need to use the restroom after dark? why is this a "thing" in woodbridge? i went into this store and a cvs (which i have already left a review for) while i was traveling with my infant. i'm a young mom, and traveling alone with my infant is scary, let alone the standstill traffic on 95 in the middle of the night. my gps took me on a detour and i ended up on this road. i saw a cvs sign and on their window it said open til midnight. i went in and looked for the restrooms and nothing. i walked up to the pharmacy and asked her and she told me i'd have to go back up front and ask.... what? do you have one or not? anyways i went back up there and the gentleman was checking people out in self checkout.... sir, it's a SELF checkout. if you don't trust people then turn them off and check people out yourself. he was halfway through the group of guests in front of me when he looked at me and said something intelligible and i asked him to repeat himself. he said "what do you need" i responded "do you have a restroom" to which he responded, "it's out of order." do the people in woodbridge not use the restroom after dark? you're telling me after dusk there's no restroom? that RIDICULOUS. i turned around and put my child back in her car seat and we headed onward. at this point it's well past 10. i saw a walgreens and thought to myself they HAVE to have a restroom. well i walked in the doors and i was greeted by a friendly woman and i asked her if they had a restroom. she responded with "it's closed at night" HOW DO PEOPLE SURVIVE IN WOODBRIDGE?!? i would've been more than happy to buy something to use the restroom, but it wasn't even an option. i won't be returning to either location if my life depended on it. so after a LONG search for a restroom, i called my family and asked them to look around on the map for me, they told me there was a wawa here and i was finally going to be able to use the restroom. i pull up (around 10:45pm) and it's dark, but it's to be expected. it was fairly well lit. i pull up to the spot closest to the door and i see a man walking up, i assume he's walking inside, so i get out of my car to get my kid out of the car and he stops. he bends down as if to pick something up, and starts speaking to me. "ma'am! maam!" i quickly grab my kid and rush inside. he doesn't follow me. once inside i set off my car alarm to scare him off hopefully. i go inside do my buisness and i walked up to a woman stocking tea, i explained what happened and that i'm a nervous mess to go outside. she hardly even let me ask her to go outside with me! she was so sweet and didn't even bat an eye when i asked her. she came out with me, i said i didn't see him, but she waiting outside my car for me to put my kid in the car and asked me if i was okay now, i responded with yes, and on we went. i didn't catch her name but she was probably around mid 40's i think (i have a horrible time at telling ages) and she was wearing a black shirt last night. whoever her boss is, give that woman a raise!! and ma'am, whoever you are, thank you. it meant so much to my family, my daughter, and especially me. being in an unfamiliar place with a small child is scary and you're amazing

Minutes later, we saw an employee driving it in from the road. When we asked why someone was taking our car off the lot, the manager became defensive and actually yelled at us. Later, a second manager admitted the employee had taken our car to run a personal errand to Home Depot, which is completely unacceptable. They tried offering a free oil change, but we refused and got a refund. The second manager tried to justify saying it was an "honest mistake" and that they do this all the time and showed no remorse. Avoid this place--they will use your car without permission! Extremely unprofessional

I'm honestly shocked by how poorly stocked this Wawa is. This is a large store, yet the shelves are…read morepractically empty. Even basic coffee supplies are unavailable. It's 6:00 AM, and there isn't even coffee available because they don't have the necessary coffee cups/lids. The safety lids are also out of stock. This is a serious problem--if a customer gets hot coffee and it spills because the proper safety lid isn't available, who is responsible for that? How can a large Wawa be this poorly stocked first thing in the morning? Customers come in early expecting coffee and basic supplies to be available, but instead, we're left with an empty store and no coffee. Wawa needs to seriously improve its inventory management and morning stocking. This is unacceptable for a major store.

Condiments on the sandwich perfectly spread and the correct amount. The time from order to inception was perfect. The coffee and coffee bar in perfect condition. Very orderly and clean. The coffee was delicious. I get the Cuban Dark roast. I paid with self checkout. It was flawless and I made sure to scan my Wawa card. Only downfall was the Coke Machine was out of Ginger ale. It appears the Coke Freestyle fountain was out of a large amount of drinks. I got Vanilla Root beer. It was okay. Gas prices are the lowest I've seen in the neighborhood. As we know Wawa changes gas prices daily.

These guys are GREAT! When my car was having trouble, their techs actually got into it and did some…read moreserious troubleshooting. Instead of just "throwing parts at it" like other shops have done in the past, these guys really dug into the problem and fixed it! Instead of looking at the first check engine light and attempting to resolve that issue first, they looked at the big picture and determined that there was one main problem and focused on that. After that, everything else sorted itself out. Even when my car was stuck on the side of the road, a quick call to them got me in contact with their to truck guy who towed my car for a reasonable price. I've spoken to the management a few times. He's a good guy, professional and friendly. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy. I've always been hesitant to bring my car to a service station based on past experiences but Potomac Mills Mobil has changed that for me. Ever since the first time they worked on my car (oil change) I've been using them exclusively for all my car service needs.

I had a mechanic check my brakes and I didn't hav any brakes on the rear of my truck. it was metal to metal and hardly had any brakes on the other wheels. I had to have all my brakes and rotors replace. the inspector didn't tell me I needed the brakes or rotors replaced. This is unacceptable and very dangerous. They were very sweet and redirected me across the parking lot to a separate building. Due to the distance, I got back in my car and drove over to where the bathroom was. When I walked up to the door I could already smell what ever was coming out of the bathroom. That should have been my first time to turn around and find another bathroom but at that point, I really had to go. I went back to my car to get baby wipes, because I did not want to touch even the outside handle. upon entering the bathroom I was completely horrified. It was completely filthy.
