I went there on February 18, 2022, at 8:41 a.m. I used my debit card as usual to get a cash discount. But this time they had taped cash-only labels on each of the pump stations. Thinking like always debit cards are cash because the money comes directly out of your bank account. Not the case, Neighbor Mart charge credit\debit cards the same amount per gallon. I explained to the cashier and the manager that is misleading because debit cards are the same as cash. The manager explained that he still gets a bank charge on debit transactions so he only honors "green dollars" as cash. I told him he needs to post that credit and debit cards are the same amounts per gallon. "Buyer beware"

They called back informing no other locations they tried had the product in stock. I called this store the next day asking if they could order so I could get the script filled. Staff said they had it on site & I would be able to pickup that afternoon. Today, Saturday, August 20 is my next opportunity to pickup script. I am here right now (1:53p) to pickup the same medication prescribed to both of my daughters from their pediatrician. I went to the drop-off area 1st to get 1 of my daughter's script refilled (because I was able to get 1 script filled at a CVS in Fairfax days before). The staff informed the medication is NOT in stock they can order it on Monday. NOT enthused with this response because I am here picking up the same medication for my other daughter. I went to the pick up area to get my other daughter's script & mine. I asked the same staff if they will have to order this medication every time I have to refill it (because I have 2 daughters with this script & they each have 2 refills; reason why I tried to refill 1 at the same time I am picking up the other script). Staff said they ordered it, but they must have ordered ONE bottle for 1 of my 2 scripts. And didn't bother to order additional in case I don't have to refill the medication...uh, could they at least ordered 3 bottles?! I get it, don't waste money having a product that isn't purchased very often. As I am typing this review staff said they will use the 2nd bottle on site for a REFILL...HALLELUJAH! I went to check on it and they said I needed a new prescription. I reminded them I had handed them a brand new one and they magically found it in their pile. They said it would be 20 minutes. Then five minutes later they refused to fill the prescription because it was a controlled substance and written by a PA and not a doctor (both of which are perfectly legal in Virginia). So whoever is the pharmacist(s) and techs at this place - they are terrible people, suck at their job, and should find work more suitable to their skills. That is to say, get to digging ditches. Oh, and as I was leaving, the cops showed up to the place because we weren't the only ones they were screwing with and they had completely lost control of the store.
