My first visit and I couldn't have had a better experience! It's difficult to find a new place to get your hair done when you aren't from the area, but this is definitely the place to go. read more

Absolutely lovely salon & spa! Customer service 5star the gals at the front counter are so knowledgeable about hair and high end skin care lines. I had a customized facial with Tiffany. The anti aging and hydration mask really helped with my skin type. The private spa room was decorated with elegance of a spa. This place is top shelf service. Dont get discouraged withe the other yelper 1 star it's obvious they didn't know who worked on them to complain. Not only did I have to pay $1.00 for using my debit card, my hair is also messed up big time. She did not listen to what I wanted and shaved my entire head leaving patches that I had to touch up. I asked for a fade and received a blotched job of a mess. Lucky for me hair grows back. I won't be going back anytime soon with this attitude from them. Very unprofessional. read more

Found this little gem for nails. Toni did a great job! She's easy to talk with, professional at caring for nails. She even suggested I stay away from certain chemicals and filing patterns that hurt my nails. As a crossfitter, Toni advised filing my callouses vs shaving them. She is so knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge. She shows she cares about her clients. read more

I came to this salon a couple months ago, looking to get some blonde highlights framing my face and a few highlights on the top layer. I cannot remember the girls name that did the coloring, I was told she was good with color. Fast forward to when she was rinsing out the color, my hair came out sunflower yellow. She asked if I liked the color and I said no, I was going for a cool tone blonde. She said she could tone it cooler but I'd have to pay for it again $25. It couldn't very well leave it that awful color, so I agreed to have it toned again. She offered to put a conditioning treatment on since she was toning it twice, so I said ok. I was then told it would be another $30 for the conditioner. Back in the chair, she started ripping through my wet hair with a brush. I asked if she had any detangler to use, as I have very fine hair. She got a bottle of detangler out of the shop, then told me I had to buy it for $25 because she used it on me. When I said I usually don't brush through my wet hair like that because it's so fine, she stopped and held the brush out to me and said "do you want to do it then"? I didn't even get my hair dried all the way and she said ok you're done. The color was absolutely horrible, it looked like I had several weeks of regrowth, and there were whole patches of dark hair that she just missed. By the time I left, I had paid over $200 for my hair to be destroyed, I had to go to another salon the next week to get it fixed. I would not recommend that anyone goes to this salon, especially for color. read more

Ruined a pair of tights on my way home from the salon from a jagged nail catching! I'm too nice to say anything in person, so I just wasted $70 on a garbage mani. I have been to several salons across town, following my stylist, Melyssa. She is phenomenal! She knows hair, is up on the newest trends, great with kids, and great with me. She is professional and also quirky-fun! On the List has a group of stylists and receptionists who are kind and fun. The salon is hip, clean, and spacious. They have stylists who see the same clients regularly, and stylists who can see walk-ins. I highly recommend this salon! read more

For a very nominal fee they travelled from Grand Junction to Telluride and created hair and makeup perfection for my daughter's wedding! I called and scheduled an appointment with Lacy the owner . I told the receptionist my work schedule and could only come in after 3:30p any day. The first appt. avail for my time frame was 10 days from when I called. Two days prior to my appt. the owner Lacy called & left a msg that she needed to move my appt. to the day prior and she had 2 openings at around lunchtime. She left me no explanation as to why she was moving me or an apology. I called back and explained to the receptionist once again my time frame and that my appt. was scheduled 10 days prior. She checked with Lacy and no apology from Lacy but could fit me in at 5:30p.that would not work for me. I heard after telling two other people my issue that she does this constantly! I would NEVER call there again! What a way to run a business! I moved here from a LARGE city and never came in contact with a business owner that cared so little about her potential clients!!!!!!!! read more
