I live in the area and stop by often. It has a great selection for everything you'd need at a gas station. More than usual. Has a massive selection on alcohol as well, making it a good stop for the boys. My main issue is that some of the staff here are either really cool or really moronic. Also I think the night staff is overworked, especially on weekends. I wont point fingers but often if I get something from the hot-bar they grab the wrong thing constantly. Another slight issue I have is the prices for grab-and-go items can be a little high for what they are. Especially when they don't rotate their stock well certain days. I have grabbed an expired food item before. You get a mid wrap or sandwich for $6. Just okay. Overall 4/5 mainly due to selection of alcohol & food. read more

Great spot to grab beer! They have a great selection of craft brews from WA state, 30 pulls! They don't have crowlers, so you have to bring your own glass for fills. I brought a few minis (32 oz) from home and they only cost $6.99 to fill! Typically crowlers cost about $11+ so $6.99 is quite the deal! You just have to plan to drink them right away as they don't keep carbonated as long in a resealable glass container. I did take a look at their walk through beer case. They have a lot of beer here! If beer isn't your thing, they do sell alcohol as well, and definitely not short on selection there either! This place is great! read more

I have been going here since they opened. Fast, Friendly service. There are very times that I cant be in and out in just a few minutes. They have had a very stable core of employees who take pride and passion in their jobs. I always thank them for being so nice. I know that this is NOT easy to do, with so many different people coming through, but they are great. Any naysayers, go back and try them again. Everyone has a bad day. They really are good people. I went in tonight and for some reason the pump would not except my debit card which is excepted everywhere so I had to walk inside and pay inside with the same debit card that worked perfectly. Then I asked for lottery tickets and was told I had to go back to my car to go get my drivers license because I may not be old enough. Did I mention that I'm nearly retired and a grandmother of three? I said no one requires that this is not a state requirement. They said the manager of the store requires that they scan and ID to sell me a lottery ticket. So now I get to stop it at a 7-Eleven who will actually sell me a lottery ticket! This place is ridiculous! This is the last kind of hassle you want at the end of a long day with all you want is gas in a couple of tickets. read more

I've read some reviews that seem to have quite different experiences than we have had but we love this place! Helps that they are right around the corner from our house, but we take our kiddos often to their ice cream station! I will say their toppings look old and like I'd get sick if we bought them, but their portions of ice cream are huge! And the staff has always been nothing but friendly. We won't ever buy gas here as it's like 50 cents a gallon more than anywhere else. But it's been enjoyable for our family thus far! read more

On June 2, 2019 I decided to stop at this gas station because it was closest to my house and I know I needed to fill up before heading to the mountains for my hike. Several things went wrong in my visit. Keep in mind while you're reading this that I work a very high paying job down in Bellevue, and that the day before was payday. Which means, my debit card should have been able to work. Anyway, went to go pay for gas and my card declined out at the pump so I went inside to pay for gas. At the point, I grabbed a couple of granola bars as well and walked up to the front counter. Lady didn't say hi, didn't really acknowledge me at all really but rang up my items. No worries there, I figured she was just tired. Well... My card errors out saying that the chip read wasn't working. Odd, but I'll try again, no problem. Ran it through the machine again and same error. The lady then snapped at me from the other side of the counter to use another card. I explained very kindly to her that there was plenty of money in that account and that it doesn't seem to be declining but it seems to not like my chip. I asked her if I could slide it instead. She told me again to just use another card. I was on the phone with my boyfriend at the time and had told him to hold while I was at he counter because I don't like being that guy thats on the phone with people while I'm cashing out or in places but he was on speaker so the lady could hear him talking. The reason I bring this up is because when I asked her if there was any other way I could pay with that card, she stopped and yelled at me. She said that it wasn't her "fucking fault" that my card wasn't working and that if I was too broke to pay for something then I needed to get the hell out of her store. My boyfriend finally said something out loud to her. Something about learning to respect her customers. The lady behind the counter then just lost it and went psycho and just about jumped over the counter at me to fight. I honestly have no idea what her problem was. My sister is visiting from Norway and we thought we would go on an evening walk to get some ice cream. Upon walking up to the ice cream bar, which looked rather messy I might add, we said hello and how are you. The man behind the counter, rolled his eyes and begrudgingly put on some plastic gloves, without saying a word. He did not ask what we wanted and I politely asked if I could have a waffle cone, to which another worker answered for him, telling me they had no cones. I agreed to a cup and the guy started scooping with an incredible stand off ish attitude. Not at any moment did he speak or even acknowledge me and my family. How disappointing that it turned into an argument as we simply wanted to enjoy a walk w our guest and some ice cream. This isn't the first time I've been treated poorly at this gas station. Wish I could leave zero stars my family and i went on a walk tonight to get ice cream here and was shocked at the lack of customer service. We walked up to the ice cream and greeted the workers with "hi there how are you" with a smile and the workers literally did not even remotely acknowledge us or even respond?? not starting out good. Mind you there was not a line of customers at the register either. The guy working with longer hair and his name tag hanging down glared at us, grabbed a cup and a scoop and threw the jug of ice cream into place. I called Brad last week to him know the staff were wearing their mask as chin guards are not at all. I stop in for the usual B & G around 3:30 am on 7/8/2020. The guy work at the register was the most anti social unfriendly person I have ever witnessed in a customer service capacity!!!! We stop by this morning 07/11/2020 and the same person that I had called Brad about last was once again wearing her mask as a chin guard. If you are looking for customer service you should probly drive down the road to Tom Thumb because people at the trestle station are unqualified, unprofessional and unfriendly. I think I will stop and there every day just to take a picture of the staff not abiding by the Washington State governors guidelines for a safe washington. The new person cody working the night shift on the weekends is horrible. Refused to let me buy some soda a week ago cause I wasn't wearing a mask ans told him vaccinated people don't need to wear them anymore. He still refused. Then tonight 5/23/2021 he still refused me service again but not because of a mask but because apparently last time he said he wouldn't service me anymore. Which I dont recall. To the business I hope you can retrain him or figure something else out for him thats better I don't think he's equipped to deal with people all that well especially when he feels the need to have his gun holstered on the outside of his pants to show the world he's a tough guy. read more

I got a growler filled a while ago and my husband and I split it....two beers each, so obviously we weren't drunk or hungover, but we were both sick as dogs the next day. We figured it was a fluke, maybe they didn't change the right keg or something. Got another growler filled this past weekend, the same thing happened to my husband. About a month ago I went in and the cashier was wearing a "make America great again" hat. I put my stuff down on the counter and just left. Tonight, we had to stop as it was late and we we're desperate. We got our things and as we walked up to the counter there was a man at the cashier wearing a suit and pink converse. He paid and left. We walk up and the cashier says "you don't see old queens walking around like that much anymore" I was pretty offended but my wife did not get what he was saying and replays "what do you mean?" The cashier says "that guy with the pink shoes" we left confused and my wife asks me what he meant. Well the new 76 station is now on my OH MY WORD list now. When you are buying chewing Tobacco do not do it here. They overcharge you an the 2 pack save a dollar. They actually charge you a dollar of course I didn't catch it right away. Why would I ever think to look when you trust a place that they would do something like this. Usually an ok experience coming into this place as its pretty close to my home. However, it looks like there's not much the staff can do if you misplace a car wash ticket. Its not the money. Its the fact that most businesses have the ability to pull up old receipts that are still within a week and at least try to help you. They said there's nothing they can do. Their reply was "You lost the receipt, right?" (Translation: Tough $hit) The customer service here is pretty non-existent. I was almost assaulted by the car wash employee who entered an express wash when I had paid for a premium car wash. I asked why the blowers did not come on and his (Phillip-goes by "Lip") response was "Why are you washing your truck in the rain anyway "? I asked to speak to the manager and his response was " I am the f'n manager. I backed up at which he told me to get out of my truck and he would kick my fucking ass! Great customer service! I proceeded to park in front of the store and as he walked by... flipped me off as he walked and yelled at me that I didn't even know how to fucking park! This was witnessed by a female employee just arriving at her shift. She said nothing as he continued to yell, curse and threaten me with bodily harm! I am 65 and he looks as if he is in his early twenties.... I went inside and he continued to threaten and yell as he threw boxes around the store! James told him to shut up and move away from me. Went through the car wash for a "works" (deluxe) wash. Got halfway through and after brushes no rinse, no wax' no blow dry. Had soap all over the vehicle. I pulled back around and complained to one of the three people that were at the entrance. They sprayed off the soap and told me that it wasn't working but if I came back tomorrow, it should. Then they gave me a coupon for a basic wash and told me that I could go to their other station across town. After looking at the 8 cars in line I got even more upset. I went into the store and asked for the manager. They told me she was on break. I told them about the wash and they said they (and she) knew but the manager refused to shut it down, and something about it being a money maker. Really?! They are profiting off people that don't complain, then giving a basic wash to people who do. Bullshi*! The manager should be fired. read more

I came in to get my car washed, when I asked the boys to scrub the bird poop off they had an attitude then at the end when I went to make sure my car was clean the bird poop was still there so they power washed it but it didn't come off. I work at a business next to this store and parking as you know is horrible in this lot. So for a few weeks I've been parking in the same spot because it hadn't caused issues and there were no signs indicating that I couldn't park there. Now during these weeks I hadn't been approached by any of the trestle employees until 9/23/21 the assistant manager of this gas station approached me and knocked on my car window. I rolled it down and this lady said "this is your last warning if you park here again you will be getting towed" she also stated "we have video evidence of you removing a note from your car and putting it on someone else's." The thing is my car is constantly covered in tree sap because of where I park at home so I'm always focused on cleaning my windshield everyday. I had not noticed a note on my car during the weeks I was parking there. So not only was this assistant manager upset that I was parked in one of the only spots that was available at the time but she threatened me and told me she had false evidence of me on video. Not only have I a spoken to an officer about my rights and what I should do but Ive also attempted to reach out to the owner. On another note moments after she angrily approached me she went into my place of work and screamed at my coworkers. This lady was very rude and using what little position of authority to get me out of a spot that I was perfectly fine in.
