Today I was given 1 sec to answer a question when I didn't answer within that 1 sec the employee sat "hello are you going to answer me.". Unprofessional!! I've been coming to this pharmacy for 2 years. The employees are extremely rude and do not put in rx refills from drs for days. When I call see when I can pick up rx they say a few hours. I never go in the day I call I go in the next day. And it's never ready even after saying it will be ready the previous day. 10/10 do not recommend plenty of other pharmacies with employees who are kind and do their job. read more

The pharmacy at this location is HORRIBLE. I was spoken to today but the worst pharmacist I have ever interacted with. She was rude, hung up on me and even told me "I can't help you". The pharmacy lost my prescription that I have a copy of right in front of me and the pharmacist wouldn't do anything to help until Monday when the doctor is back in and they send another prescription, even though I already have a prescription. This is after I have been to the pharmacy twice this week already, once being told they were out of my pills and then being told they were getting a renewal on my prescription. The only saving grace with the store was the manager on duty, Thomas, who was very helpful in listening to my concern and offering solutions. I will not return to this pharmacy ever. read more

This review is definitely for the many employees that greet me at this store. I wanted to make sure I get out there how friendly the store can be. But on the other hand the store has recently been hit by thieves on a daily basis. I visit the store on a daily basis. I started seeing people just walk out with goods. As a patron and as a neighbor I really feel that there is a safety concern. I was sitting in my car when a man tried looking into my car. I am noticing more homeless congregating in the area you can see the litter they leave behind. Shopping at the other nearby grocery store Safeway is a war zone. I don't usually complain about the box stores because typically it not the store but the employee. However I have had so many issues with the Fred Meyer on Evergreen Way that I just have to tell anybody and everybody that will listen to me. First of all a while back I brought my dog into the store that was vested. It said service animal on her, I put her in the cart because there were so many people there I did not want her to get really anxious and she was still a puppy. She was probably about four months old. The manager came up to me and told me that my dog cannot walk in all fours through the store she was not allowed in the store. I looked around the store and saw numerous homeless people with their dogs that did not have any service animal marking on them. I have also seen cats and puppies sitting in the cart where the baby would sit. Plus there is no sign that says your service animal must be on all fours to be concerned about service animal. Then tonight I go there to do a return, I have the items and the receipt my Fred Meyer customer phone number. I say to the service desk that I have a return with the receipt but I do not want it to go back on the card. I would like a gift card instead I am going back into the store to get different office supplies. The guy at the service desk said that he needs to make sure he can do that. I never worked at Fred Meyer but I have worked retail for over 30 years and I have worked the service desk are Kmart and Walmart. I know that you cash do the return and give a gift card because I have the receipt and my phone number. Then some lady came up and security to tell me that they cannot do a refund on a gift card that I had to have the credit card that was used in hand to do my return. To make this story shorter I let the store, called the Fred Meyer by my house and they are shocked. First they were shocked at how I was treated and shocked that they told me that I could not do the return to a gift card. I got my gift card so please do not go to Evergreen Way Fred Meyer. I love Fred Meyer but I will never shop at that store again and will file a formal complaint. read more

It's odd that Fred Myers has over 70 % under 5 stars and a lot of the reviews are because of piss por customer service. I was hung up on by customer service twice and then by the store manager. My issue was my new 2022 Ford Explorer was keyed from front bumper to the back panel. The two customer service employees said it's not there problem. I called back a third time for the store manager and was hung up on again. They have outdoor standing cameras and it would be easy ti get the evidence but the ones who can help, won't help. I loved that Fred Meyer had an option to schedule a grocery pickup. As a parent of young children, I depend on this service to catch up on additional tasks so we aren't overwhelmed. Arrived within my time window, waited over 25 minutes just to be told they were "too busy" and I should "come back later". I live over 20 minutes away from this store. I specifically booked a reserved time to use a service you offer. Why not follow through with your service? How would you build a sustainable business and grow your customer base when you deceive them and don't deliver on your promises? Why would I ever come back to this store when there are others that care about their customer base? If it is due to lack of workers, why not hire more? Why not invest in your business so everyone benefits? Just disappointing to spend over an hour with two children running errands and getting no groceries. I suppose I'll have to try again tomorrow so we have food for this week. More than likely, I'll end up going to a different grocery store today. Good little Freddie's in the middle of route 96! I came here to get last minute supplies before going to my friend's house and was pleased at the selection here. The checkout process left more to be desired as one of the items I was getting was a seasonal item that was supposed to be 60% off and it wasn't ringing up as such at the self checkout area. When I finally got the store associate to help me she seemed confused and then finally was able to adjust the price for the clearance items. All in all it was an okay experience but they need to hire more folks to be on the floor and at the checkout lines so people aren't necessarily forced to self checkout. read more

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at this Fred Meyer. The employees are very friendly, I even had a manager help me find my phone that I had thrown in the garbage!! I prefer the layout of this store compared to the layout of the Fred Meyer in Bothell plus the parking is much better. This Fred Meyer also has a gas station, which is awesome! Their clicklist process has always been great too and the pickup location is very convenient!! If I lived closer to this store I would go here every time. read more

This Fred Meyer is the biggest one that I've been to. I lived in the area for years and use to come here often for groceries, household goods and gas. I recently came in and nothing's changed; still a good store with a wide variety of things for your house. Gas prices are higher than Costco, lower than Chevron with the club card. Grocery prices are variable and usually more than Winco, less than Safeway and Albertson's. Large parking lot and it's easier to get in here at the Mobil entrance vs. the entrances near Fred's gas station. There is usually a line of cars coming in from that direction while the entrance near the Mobile is controlled by the stoplight. read more

I witnessed a produce worker, "Mariah", walk up to the Roma tomato bin and start tossing tomatoes from the bottom of the rack up to the top. Each one landed with a thud, then she threw another. She threw about 4-5 tomatoes then saw me staring at her and asked if I have a question. Yes... wondering why you're throwing the tomatoes?! "Mariah" said she was "just cooling them by removing the top layer". I told her she's bruising the tomatoes she's tossing (DUH!) and now someone like me is going to get bruised tomatoes! Then "Mariah" changed her story and said she was taking out the bad ones, and grabbed three tomatoes to show me (BTW, they looked fine, since she hadn't thrown them yet). My questioning and her ridiculous answers went on for a full minute or so, until I finally walked away from the futility and frustration. "Mariah" then hollered at me sarcastically, "Have a nice day!" Yes, "Mariah" I will. And you should be fired. Fred Meyer is *not* the only grocery store selling produce, you know?! I'll go somewhere else for produce, thanks to "Mariah"! read more

Their prices are good on groceries, but the check out lines since the beginning of the pandemic are terrible. Self check out is not a great solution for large orders. Good place to get some things that are hard to get elsewhere (hardware and garden, clothing). Some problems with crime in parking lot. There are some issues at this store with when certain things are on sale but are not rung up that way at the register. read more

I went to the Fred Meyer floral department today looking for a nice, but not too expensive, sympathy bouquet for a friend whose sister just died. Carrie was working in that department, and she was truly amazing! She recommended a white bouquet if I wanted to do a very traditional sympathy bouquet, and she had a lovely bouquet already put together that fit the occasion perfectly. Carrie told me to just pick a vase, and she would do the necessary trimming and arranging to make the bouquet look even more beautiful. Fred Meyer does NOT charge for this service, which was a nice bonus. Carrie was friendly and warm, yet very professional. It only took her about 10 minutes to put it all together, and she also put it into a box with some nice paper to not only make it look exceptionally beautiful, but to also ensure it wouldn't tip over in my car. read more

Thumbs up to William, a cashier working today! There was a buy one get one 50% off sale in kitchen wares. The coupon however didn't say if cookware couldn't be combined with bakeware. We didn't know if the coupon would apply to our purchase-- we wanted to buy a calphalon grill pan and a set of 10 glass bowls. While we were walking to the registers, a lady named Linda approached us and my husband asked if the coupon would apply to our items. She assured us that it would! Great! We were happy to hear that! We went to pay for our items and unfortunately, our coupon didn't work. Bummer! My husband told William that we were told the items would be part of the sale and he honored what we were told! We were just going to leave the bowls behind. But since we got the BOGO 50% deal we left with both of the kitchenware items and we are happy! read more

I had the worst experience at my favorite local grocery store! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! The selection was so limited, North Korean grocery stores have more to offer. When I asked a sale worker where the ice cream cones were, they were horribly rude and prompted me to download the Fred Meyer app. Why is everyone so dependent on their cellular devices? When checking out, the cashier wearing a beanie- I believe his name was Randy or Riley, was wearing his mask under his nose! Absolutely unacceptable in a global pandemic. He was extremely slow and seemed to be distracted like he had somewhere else to be. The attitude and tone of this employee and many others was appalling. It is so sad what my favorite grocery store has become. read more

My favorite Fred Meyer location of all the locations in my area!!! This particular store is always stocked, super clean, and staff is always friendly. I have yet to run into any issues. But, regardless of the location, Fred Meyer is my go to grocery store as well as any household item that I need. The produce and groceries are always well stocked and super fresh. They have a fantastic selection of organic meats as well as a natural section of foods, filled with an amazing array of organic and more natural variety of foods, which is probably my favorite section of the store. For a coffee lover like myself, I love that Fred Meyers carries a wide variety of different coffee brands, from ground coffee to fresh espresso beans. Selections such as peets, stump town, to Umbria are some of the great brands that they carry. Love love this store! read more

This review is solely for the floral department - I had not one but two bad experiences with the same lady two days in a row. The first day I dismissed her scattered and rude attitude thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. However, both interactions I was treated like an inconvenience and annoyance when placing an order for two balloon bouquets. There were no other customers around either day and prior to me walking up to the counter she was just standing there absently. I showed up about 20 minutes early the following day to pick them up and she was extremely rude insisting I said I would be there later (which is true, but again, I was only 20 minutes early and no one else was around). I didn't mind waiting for them to be complete and even expressed that. The attitude she gave me was completely unnecessary and surprising as most Fred Meyer employees are great. It's worth the drive for me to visit another Fred Meyer or florist for future needs...I don't plan on going back. read more

I'm so glad I made the change to the Rite Aid pharmacy on 132nd. Their lines move at very reasonable speeds, both inside and in the drive-thru. There's been only 1 hiccup where I called a prescription in in the morning and was told that it'll be ready at 2pm. I went to pick it up at 3:30pm just to be safe and was told that it's not ready and won't be for another 45-60 minutes. I was a bit frustrated by the wait and the techs took notice and made the effort to get it to me sooner which I really appreciate. I can't say I'd have the same great customer service in response to my poor response to the wait times. That taught me, however, to always wait for a text telling me that my Rx is ready, regardless of what the pharmacy tells me. Something that I *love* with Rite Aid is that, in addition to texting when my Rx's are ready, they also text me when my Rx is due to be refilled. Coincidentally, I went to take my Rx yesterday and noticed that I only have about a week's worth left and made a mental note. Less than 2 hours later, Rite Aid text me in the morning when the store opened to notify me that my Rx is due for a refill. Super convenient! Case and point, ditch this Fred Meyer pharmacy. There are far better pharmacies out there! Docked them another star because Rite Aid proved my concerns right. Pharmacies should not suck this bad. read more
