The bathrooms are clean, the snacks are plentiful, and the parking lot is huge. The main thing that's important for road trippers is that this is a great exit as the Trex mart is right off the highway, yet never crazy busy. Can get almost anything you need here and it's a nice place to stop, especially if you're coming north to south and need a stop before heading into the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nowadays, when you have to use a card at the pump and then a card at the counter it is nice that tracks provides you with a reward card that when swiped to the pump allows you to also then pay just one time inside for any extras that you were getting. Plus you get points that can be returned for either cash or special promotions that are going on. They always have a different group of items every month that are changing that are on sale some much better than others. They have a great selection of fresh food, though if I could say it does seem like the wraps have gotten a little bit smaller in the last year I'm not sure if that's a budget issue or just a manufacturing problem. But being able to go in and grab a healthier option instead of a candy bar is really nice. They also have a subway at this location so if you're looking for a more sustainable meal than stop in and grab a foot-long, I have done that on several occasions and this is a great option for dinner. All in all this is a very nice track store and I will continue to enjoy going here for years to come.

I am a disabled Veteran, and my service dog has been fully trained by a Veteran non-profit organization. Despite this, I was asked by your staff to provide "certification" for my service animal due to food being served. I calmly explained that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Missouri state law, businesses are not permitted to require certification, identification, or documentation for a service animal. Even after explaining the law, two staff members continued to insist on certification and were dismissive and rude. Their actions made it clear that they were unfamiliar with both federal ADA requirements and Missouri state law regarding service animals. For your reference, Missouri law explicitly states: "A business (public accommodation) may not insist on proof of the certification or identification for a service animal. Some states have certification laws, however, the ADA is the prevailing law." This information is publicly available here: https://disability.mo.gov/files/ServiceAnimalsAllowed.pdf Because of this incident, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Missouri. I also expect a written apology and confirmation that your staff will receive proper training on ADA and service animal compliance to prevent this from happening to others in the future. There is a Phillips 66 across the street if for any reason they are busy, which is highly unlikely because they have over thirty pumps, including diesel. Bonus: Significantly (quarter per gallon) cheaper than the Phillips 66 gas station closest to the rental car facility, and a few cents cheaper than the nearest Costco. Will be back!

There are a good amount of pumps and it's right off the highway, so you won't need to worry about any stop lights or traffic when you pull off. I thought the bathrooms were in great shape for a rural MO gas station, and would recommend this as a pit stop just because of that alone. I didn't get any snacks but it's pretty typical, lots of options and nothing out of the norm. They did have a wide array of coffees available which is a nice change of pace.
