Never seems to be enough cashiers. The pumps are run down, trash cans seem to always be full, windshield cleaner never full and sometimes missing the brush. Maybe management should visit QT and see how things are run there read more

I like the store, but there is this short woman with short hair that treats me like crap every time I go in there. She has something smart to say every time. I bought a Payday today and she says, " Paydays are for nuts. Salty ones at that." I'm totally offended and although it's the convenien store near my harm, I'm not going there anymore. Then I buy multiple items, but she won't give me a bag. I asked her if she treats everybody as bad as she treats me? She ignored me. I've been buying my gas from them from the day they opened, bought lottery tickets from them, occasionally buy milk and lunch from them, I had an emergency and needed a copy of my driver's license, I call and the girl said we have a copy machine and would check with the manager, another girl gets on and in a smart mouth tone told me she didn't offer that service, I explained that it was an emergency, didn't matter, what happened to customer service, just got a I hope you have a good day, going to quick trip for now on. They just opened a new one that's just as close. read more

I got gas here this morning and the gas over flowed from the tank. I went in and told the people at the register and they blamed me saying it was my fault that their gas over flowed. I asked what they were going to do about it and they said we can't do anything we are just cashiers. When I asked to speak with the manager they said you will have to call Allen as if I know who Allen is and how to get a hold of him. After 5 minutes of trying to get any kind of answer they finally told me to call the store later in the day to speak with the owner. When I asked the lady who was so rude to me what her name was she wouldn't tell me. I asked the other cashier and he said her name was boss. I finally found out her name was Debbie. Great customer service Debbie keep up the good work! read more

No fun being the first to give Price Chopper in Kearney a bad review. And let me say I have been in many times when I have had great service, in a nice clean store, offering great prices. But ... I went in a couple of weeks ago and had an experience SO bad I had to stop and shake my head. Is this really happening? It was. From the second I walked in and asked for a coupon and had the young female behind the counter rip it off the cardboard and slam, yes she actually slammed it, down on the counter, to the cashier (to be totally fair her name tag said she'd been there since 2017 so she may have just been new) who questioned each of the 3 coupons I had even though I had just gotten one from customer service and the other two were on the packages of things I was buying, to the TWO front end young ladies, the original one and a 2nd one who came to help. They were both rude both in the way they spoke to me and in the way they acted toward me. At this point, they were holding me up (had some gift cards to buy and they wouldn't activate) and they were being rude to me? UM, what about trying to be nice and maybe even an apology for holding me up?! The attitude they gave me and the tone of voice (along with facial expressions) they used finally prompted me to ask them if they were tired or just snotty! And, let me finish this by saying, I emailed the day after it happened (was WAY too mad to give them anywhere near a fair review the night I came home) and got an email back that someone from the individual store would contact me. I waited AND WAITED. Now, we're over two weeks and no one has contacted me, so I am going to post this review every place I can think of that has a review section. Sorry for the long read. read more
