I can't begin to put into words how amazing my wedding day turned out! I am so appreciative of Stephanie and Davide and all that they put into their gorgeous establishment for our memories. The food was absolutely amazing and my friends still rave about it. The location is gorgeous, spotless, and they make sure that you feel taken care of and heard, and are being checked up on. It has been 3 years so I feel like I can accurately write without anger. The venue is beautiful! The staff was very unprofessional, tried to overcharge us, did not provide all the agreed amenities listed in the contract. The food was good but we ran out of meat for our guest even though we paid for 10 extra meals. The owners were not professional and did not discount due to having them unavailable last minute with no day of coordinator, and severely understaffed. My guest had to move tables and chairs as a result of inclement weather, which was the venues agreed upon service. Overall cost too much for what was delivered, and double check your bill at the end of the night. read more

Trezzi Farm served as the perfectly wonderful venue for our son and daughter's rehearsal dinner celebrated with wine and the delicious food crafted by David, a master chef from Milan. David and Stephanie are welcoming, gracious hosts. Their winery and red roof barn marks its scenic spot resting on the gentle slopes of Greenbluff. Often we return to say hello and to pick up their enjoyable wine along with carry-out David's marinara, meatballs, and lasagna. We are grateful for the Trezzis in our lives. read more

Came here for an event I volunteered at called Create Your Statement. The setting is beautiful and the staff is really sweet. I love the area and the location is great. The wine is really good too and the venue donated wine for the non profit and that is just really great. read more

We got the meatballs and pesto lasagna frozen to go and they were both INCREDIBLE!!! We just had them last night and are already planning our next trip up there to get more! Stephanie, the owner, was very sweet and helped us with everything we needed. They were setting up for a wedding when we went up there but Stephanie still let us look around the property. Which is absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to go back up there and spend some more time enjoying the food, wine, and location. Highly recommend for some delicious authentic Italian food!! My brother got married at Trezzi Farm. There was no part of that wedding that wasn't amazing. If you've got a smaller, intimate wedding in the works, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Off the beaten path, with a gorgeous view of rolling hills and mountains in the backdrop, this place is a real gem. The wine snobs in attendance told me that their wine selection had some really great years. Others who normally aren't huge wine drinkers were equally complementary. The food was spectacular! The owners make all their stuff on site, and every guest stuffed themselves. We chose the lasagna marinara and pesto penne, with tossed greens and fresh baked bread. The presentation was professional and suited well for a wedding, and the food was so good that you wanted to keep on eating past full just because you don't want to stop tasting it. I couldn't decide what part of the meal I liked the most, but I think the lasagna marinara was what went over best. If you're eating lunch here, you should skip breakfast, and plan on not needing dinner. Their sound system is a breeze; I ran all the sound for the wedding and reception from my Galaxy phone. The vanity that made a perfect place for the wedding cake to be displayed. The lighting needed no adjustment at all; it was great just exactly how it was. But what really makes this place special are Davide and Stephanie. They are wonderful people, very friendly, easy going, communicative (very important, considering I coordinated the wedding from 320 miles away), and always concerned that the guests are full and the bride and groom are happy. Davide is an energetic guy with a perpetual (and infectious) smile and Stephanie is like a doting mother, always making sure everything is perfect. They are both really great people that I wouldn't hesitate to work with again. read more

This is always a must-stop for me as a part of a Greenbluff trip. They are just down the road from Cole's Orchard. Trezzi Farm is a beautiful event space and they had rows of vines growing today when I visited. The building just to the left when you park is the place to stop to pick up some delicious frozen lasagnas and sauces to go. Not to mention they are some of the brave souls growing grapes and making wine from the Spokane terroir. Not an easy feat. I have a love for their rich pesto bechamel lasagna and always grab some on my way home from a Greenbluff trip. The owners here are delightful and will make your experience special. read more

My wife and I got married at Trezzi Farm, and they were instrumental in making it what I consider the best wedding I've ever been to. Davide and Stephanie are friendly, talented, and helpful. The spot is absolutely gorgeous. The food is home-cooked and very tasty. The wine is unique and delicious. And the pricing is unbelievably reasonable. No venue fee! Just the cost of food and wine for your guests. When I tell people our wedding cost us less than a grand, they can't believe me, or they assume we eloped. While our nuptials weren't grandiose, we had about 40 of our closest friends and family members in attendance. We had music, we had food, we had a ceremony. If you want a big, gaudy wedding, don't have it at Trezzi Farm. But if a small, inexpensive, intimate wedding is what you're after, there's no better place to do it. read more

A Fairy Tale Nestled among the orchards at Green Bluff is the Barn on Trezzi Farm. The newly built, yet rustic barn stands tall on 22 acres and, like every building has a story. Like many good fairy tales, this one has romance, passion and purpose. Romance: Owners Davide and Stephanie Trezzi first met in a crowded bar in Italy. Though Davide spoke little English and Stephanie's Italian was limited, the spark between them was immediate. They just knew. After a couple weeks together, Stephanie returned home to California, and by long distance with a language barrier, love bloomed. Just 6 months later they were married in Sonoma, California. It was there that Davide opened his catering business that was quickly off to a good start. But something was not quite right in Sonoma and they weren't sure exactly what that was, until the Trezzis found their way home to Green Bluff, WA. Just like when they first saw each other, at first glance at the undeveloped acreage North of Spokane, they instantly knew that this place was "it." Passion: Davide is passionate about traditional Italian food and makes it for happy customers throughout our area. Though not a formally trained chef, like the food he prepares, he's homemade. Davide jokes that the recipes came from his Grandmother, as his Mother was reluctant to give them up. Many of the ingredients are grown right outside the barn doors. This farm-to-table approach is a trend that's here to stay. There's no commuting for the couple as the barn also serves as the Trezzi's home. At the heart is an active kitchen that is for Davide only, with its familiar and rich aromas continuously warming and embracing the barn. Stephanie, a talented graphic designer carefully chooses the designs and the packaging, and collaborates with Davide on the ambiance of the countryside setting. The bold paint colors are a vibrant surprise upon entering the traditional looking structure and you agree that simplicity and functionality can also be very stylish. Purpose: More people are discovering the Trezzi's rustic-style Italian foods, such as the frozen lasagna to-go, rich pesto and expertly crafted minestrone soup all which are sold on-site. The word was also spreading about the simply delicious caterings, and the Trezzi's take their delectable offerings on the road to fairs, festivals and farmer's markets. They refer to this as "community catering." Consistently giving back to the community by supporting non-profits and local schools, this home business also serves a greater purpose. Davide and Stephanie are grateful for their life and love, obviously enjoying their work. So what's the next chapter in this story? With the expansions of vineyards (of which neighbor Don Townsend of Townsend Cellars will be the winemaker), a newly built event-barn that will house the wine barrels below and be available to reserve in 2009, the Trezzi's are well on their way to their happily ever after. For a guy who decides things in an instant, Davide will have to be patient for the wine to properly age. If all goes according to plan the wine will be available for sale in 2010. The moral of the story is that the Trezzi's not only found their way to each other, but also to Green Bluff, where they built a labor of love out of a simple barn they call home. read more

Talk about kicking someone when they are down. Congratulations Trezzi Farm - Davide and Stephanie you sure can do it. Great Customer Service when you take money and will not refund it and claim it is because you lost money on the cancellation which was still 10 months out. Nice policy of not refunding money unless you can re-book the date for more money than the cancelled event. I would strongly suggest staying away from this venue, they are interested in the bottom line only and not the people they claim to serve. If and when couples may need your venue, i strongly urge them not to, they do not care about you or your feelings, they got your money, that is all they were after in the first place. read more

If you find yourself up in Green Bluff (about a 35-45 minute drive from Spokane), you have to visit this place. Grab a map of Green Bluff and it will be easier to find, for you must find a dirt road to reach this place, but it all worth it! They have such a selection of great food such as their homemade pesto, lasagna, different kinds of pasta and much more! But what makes this store really great is that the owner makes all this food home made with his amazing Italian cooking/baking skills honed in Milan, where they used to live. read more

We recently had our wedding here. Beautiful STUNNING place with a beautiful couple who owns it. The food was amazing, the wine was good and the staff was good. Cons- We had trouble with one parking attendant that raised his voice at my nephew for turning into the wrong spot when he was a little late. The cons to this place - although the owners are kind I think they are maybe a little too uptight for a wedding. Perhaps they should consider a venue that does not allow children. We are a very family oriented family and kids were invited. When asked who our babysitter was I didn't know what to say other than their parents are responsible for them. The music had to be very low. Also- my sister wanted to buy us a bottle of wine for a future gift and the owner discouraged her. (That was a little weird) Weddings are for celebrating and having fun. All in all great owners, beautiful atmosphere and we had a good time. Just be cautious if you have a lot of kiddos in your family or like to be a little more excited about your party. I'd say a three star for younger wedding or wedding at all but 4 or 5 star for any other event you are hosting! read more

I had been making plans with the owner (stephanie) to get married at trezzi farm for a solid 6-7 months, when out of the blue she calls me one month before the wedding is scheduled to take place and says, " I'm so sorry but I double booked you with another client, but this isn't a big deal we can switch the date of your wedding and figure something out" NOT A BIG DEAL? I HAND MADE ALL MY STATIONARY FOR THAT DATE TIME AND PLACE, and sent them two months ago!!! I booked hotels 6 miles from your farm. I made all my dresses, and designed my entire wedding around her location. and she had the audacity to tell me it wasn't a big deal. As if this wasn't enough she then still wants to make a buck off us, and says " we can still do your cateering" I THINK NOT! I would like to add something possitive to my expereice with them (which is why they get a one star- instead of zero, that and they wouldn't let me give a zero) , the man who cooks the food does a great job! It is very delicuous, as we tried most everything on their menu thinking we were going to get married there. As great as the food was, I will never reccomend or do business with trezzi farm again. read more
