Corey and Cole were very nice and helped my husband get a part for our rv. Also, let us borrow some tools because my husband did have the right kind of tools for the rv. We had a problem with our trailer lights going out intermittently as we drove down the freeway. We called Triam RV and Cole told us to stop by. Both Cole and Corey were very helpful. I was amazed at just how quickly they found the problem and fixed it within minutes. They were so nice they did not even charge me for the help. They wished us a safe journey and we were on our way. We think we may be having brake issues while passing through this town on our family vacation and stopped here to see if a technician could look at it and tell us if we needed new brakes. I wish i could give a negative 5 review!!!! worst place to even try to deal with. bought my 5th wheel in August it was a brand new 2022 (left over but still brand new) went through the demo ( this is my 4th rv so i'm not new to it but i still listen because it is a new one to me!) i moved it 23 miles to a camp ground and the water wouldnt work. Called them and thier first answer was "you dont have it hooked up right". Sure i'm that stupid when its all labeled and clearly marked, sent them a picture and weird but it was hooked up right. So they send repair and i had to have the whole water control system board replaced. ok fine things happen. hooked up the next day and drove 800 miles. Set up camp and have problems with the slide to the point that it tore my floor. Called Tri-scam and was told when i get back to Tennesse to bring it in and they will take a look at it. ok nice but its broke now and i was in NY! Went to bed for the night ( rolled my awning in because i dont ever leave them open) got up the next morning and was 'Trapped" in my camper because the awning fell off the camper! Called Tri-Scam back and was told to have it repaired and warenty would refund it. ok done. almost $1800 dollars to fix it. This was in August. Here we are in the end of December and the Lovely Stephanie at TRi-scam still will not issue a refund. Forest River paid them December 19th after repeated calls for it to be refunded today is Decemeber 27th and "she" still doesnt have it. Now lets get into the other issues Slide was off 4 inches and floor was ripped ,took it too them for repair, and they had to order parts and wait for warranty to approve. I told them i had approval all ready. They didnt care so cancelled a month in Florida because "they had to wait" Finally get my camper repaired to thier crap standards, picked it up bring it home and the bed slide wont work. I had to climb under the bed and hand crank it out. I'm alone doing all of this stuff, I bought a camper that had auto everything on it because i cant be climbing around under things any more. No answer from them they were closed for the day. I left the next morning at 4:30 am because i know they are not going to do anything to repair it for months anyways. Enroute to Florida i get a call back and was left with...."well when you get to Florida find some place to take it or call mobile repair". Really??? Its a BRAND NEW $106,000 camper!!! How about you have one ready for meso this one can be repaired or putme up in a hotel with my animals because i full time rv. To make things even better i get in the camper for a bathroom brake and my residential refrigerator is laying accross the camper against the slide. Good times the double sided tape they had to keep it in place didnt stick! Double sided tape...think about that. Not to mention the new flooring that they "repaired" is rolled up and bubbled accross the floor. So we all know that it will never stay in place nor will it remain without rips in it due to the slides. Now i have a "Brand new camper" that isnt even 4 months old and will never last to the end of the original 1 year warranty. Im afraid to travel with it. Every single time i do something breaks! I dont travel fast and i am never rough on any of the equipment i buy!. This company is the biggest joke i have ever seen. They can get on here and defend themselves all they want. I have all the emails, text messages, conversations and photos to back up what i'm saying. All they have are excuses and people that are too lazy to get away from a computer and do thier job. Rude is an understatement as to how they act. Disgusting is a better word. You get what you give if your gonna be rude then so am i. I want a new camper or i want this junk paid off so i can get a diffrent one. The very least they should be doing is a bumper to bumper warranty. Because we now know for a fact that they sold me a junk camper and refuse to go good for it. ..period! BTW i arrived in Florida on December 1st and guess what?!?! no repairs yet! Weird right?? Bought a motor home from Tri Am in fall of 2016. We went back to them to trade it in on a larger pull behind this year. After going to other dealers and getting some quotes trade in etc. I decided I should go back to them because I bought it from them and being a repeat customer they could give me the best deal. Not for A long shot.......They were not even in the ball park. They marked the camper I was looking at back to full retail ( 44000 back to 55000)price and they where way lower (5000) on my trade in value then any one else on top of it. They had already made money on my initial purchase and they were trying to gouge me now.... I lost all confidence in them at this point and would not recommend them to anyone else. Took our forest river 5th wheel in for repairs after a tire blow out. They had the RV for 4+ months, while blaming parts manufacturer for the delay. Once I called them and told them the 90days on the insurance check was about to expire the work was completed in 2 weeks. We were pleased with the work done, however, we told the the trailer light wiring needed repair also. They completely left it off the repair so my husband is now under the camper fixing it himself. We took it to Tri Am because it's closest to home. We would travel further next time for speedy, complete work. read more

I agree with the other reviewers that mention the rudeness of the manager, he is a jerk. They took almost 1400 dollars from me to repair a RV they knew was not fixable and a safety risk, but instead of telling me about it, they literally just put tape over it and did repairs that are pretty much worthless unless I do a few thousand dollars worth more. They just didn't seem to care at all. He actually said me "you didn't pay us to tell you about the structural damage". My family's safety was at risk and he just didn't care. Do not trust these people. They have obviously been sued before because they tape all their phone calls and immediately go on the defensive if you start to question anything. They seem to be far more interested in covering their own self than customer happiness which in my opinion suggests premeditation to screwing you over. read more

I went there for a propane refill on my motorhome....that's all, nothing else.... after telling me they couldn't refill the tanks because of their age (2002), I had to find someone who actually knew what a B+ is, even though THEY sell them. BTW, the tanks are permanently mounted with routed plumbing underneath the motorhome. They then proceeded to insult my rig by calling it a "low end nurses vehicle". The "tech" told me I should let them work on it and see if the regulator was bad or if it has a busted line since there was no propane coming out of the stove....smh... I had to say the reason there is no propane coming out of the stove is because THE TANKS ARE EMPTY!!! They then "warned" me that they would fill the tanks but something else had to be wrong and I was most likely wasting my money. These people must be trained to try to make you believe you're stupid. I wouldn't stop here again even for directions! However, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and friendly and we traded stories from each other's road trips. read more

We had a tire blow out on our RV while traveling. Luckily we were only a mile or so from an exit. I managed to drive to the exit and pull off. To our surprise Tri-Am Rv was just off the exit. We camped out in their driveway that night in the hope that they could help us in the morning. They were so helpful, kind and clearly very experienced! It was such a lucky break for us during a stressful situation. I would highly recommended Tri-Am if you need work done or are looking to buy. Their staff is friendly and super helpful! Bought a used 5th wheel from them and we have had it in for multiple repairs with high bills. We paid almost 1,000 last summer to have the furnace fixed, we were told it was after having the camper for almost 3 months and blaming not being able to get parts in. It was parked when we got it home and never used for personal health reasons. Went to use the furnace in October, guess what it did not work, it was doing exactly what we took it to the to fix. Called them to inform them about the furnace not working and informed them that I could not return it to them until spring as I had no way to get it to them. Took the camper to them 6/29 per appointment to have furnace fixed and air conditioner replaced. They inform me that I had no propane and that was the issue. I informed them that both 30lb tanks were full when we dropped it there as the camper had not been used. Hummm, I expressed lack of trust in the service department as it was always something and the customers fault. I expressed that I wanted the furnace fixed as it had already been paid for and I wanted the air replaced in the living room. It was agreed to for a 992.00 bill for air. This was yesterday. They called me this morning and told me manager said they would not fix my camper and to come get it and not to come back. So we will go get it tomorrow and we will take it to Crowder RV already have an appointment and if they fix the furnace, we will hire an attorney and sue. They have treated me very poorly and caused a great deal of emotional stress and anxiety and suffering, in conjunction with the fact they have already been paid for the work. Rude people, that have no idea what customer care and customer service mean in a business industry. We paid a very very large cash down payment to them and have spent over 7K in repairs. I have made several request to talk to the General Manager but I can never get a return call and he is always not there, or busy. I have never been talk to or treated this badly by anyone I have ever done business with. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING. read more

Had maintenance done for Spring. We felt like they were under new management this yr. Last year they told us the brakes need to be changed this year. They checked this spring and said they did not need changing. Guess they healed themselves. But they told us we needed to have the roof scraped and everything ie air conditioner, fans, had to be removed due multiple cracks. We did not have any leak issues. My husband is ocd about checking. The charge $1200. We declined. We paid $150 to have it washed. We were told they use a high powered sprayer. We wavered on having it done. Our RV is a 2016. We had never used the propane fridge in the past. We turned it on to try it. It worked fine and had no smell, got cold.When we got it back the refrig smelled like ammonia and had a yellow dusting that was not there a few days before.We suspect the power sprayer damaged the lines. We have just paid $800+ dollars for parts for us to fix. We will not go back. read more

As a recent camper owner, I was wanting to upgrade to a fifth wheel camper. I had to have an ultralite in order for my truck to pull it. The service department took measurements of my truck bed in order to get the correct hitch. They treated me and my wife like family. They helped us in any way they could and answered all our questions. The day they installed the hitch, another person was showing us all the gadgets on the camper. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job. This service department is one of the best by far and I would recommend them to anyone. read more
