I contacted my ins & they said no there was no requirement for me to buy this insurance to join. I had asked this young man point blank do I have to pay this ins in order to join & he said "we have to make our money somehow" like I'm getting this membership for free? He was talking in circles making no sense but I didn't want to be rude & point out his inconsistent statements. I am an idiot. Trying to take advantage of a senior citizen is beyond despicable to me especially being done by this younger generation. It does not bode well for our future. You cannot go into any club 24 to cancel, you have to do so through the home gym you signed up for. It's impossible to get on the phone with someone at the local gyms and the robotic answer system for their customer service number is so frustrating. I'd rather go to planet fitness or elsewhere because at least you can speak to a real person when you have questions about your account. I gave 2 stars strictly because the gym has decent equipment and is 24 hours.

It's been around forever, yet they're always trying new things, making improvements, and reacting to feedback. The childcare has been a huge blessing to our family, giving us the chance to workout while the kids are watched over. We've also enjoyed the variety of activities they provide like the pool bounce-house nights, "parents night out", etc. We also started their tennis membership and found an amazing community to go along with a sport that lasts a lifetime. Highly recommend giving it a try, they have leagues, mixer nights, private lessons, holiday parties, and more.
