He strictly emphasizes how you should have discipline, honor adults, and have mannerism. He knows the limits of each student and knows how to talk to students and push them. His teaching is not just kicking, unlike the typical WTF style, with just kicks. He teaches practicality in his moves, not just flashy kicks that are used in movies or Poomsae competitions. Master Choi is a very humble person that strictly follows his morals. He doesn't really advertise that much and is very calm when a person quits. He knows how to motivate people. He may seem very mean and strict to some people but he really just wants to motivate and make sure you are "lean and tough" as he would say.
