It is a small building with usually only 3-4 employees working on a given day, but it is full service and there's an ATM on site as well. People here are pretty friendly and helpful for the most part, and I've always received good service. I would go farther and say that on occasion they have gone out of their way to help me out, which I really appreciate!

The house was good and had passed inspections. The real estate agent said not to use that mortgage broker and go with a bank. We decided to shop local and go with American Pacific and Mr. Knitter. Four months later after calling and calling him, he said that the loan department was back logged and he'd get right on it. He never called us back or let us know what was going on. After five months, he suggested paying him $500 for an appraisal to make sure that it would pass their mortgage rules. The real estate agent by then was going nuts. The home owner was looking to other buyers and our good faith money was in danger of being lost due to so much time. We finally went with a bank the agent recommended and got everything done within 30 days, or we would have lost our deposit and buying the house. My husband said that we're not dealing with this business EVER.
