Overall dealing with Turn Key is a huge pain. In the first week we have had several maintenance issues that have been a huge hassle because we have to go through them to get anything fixed or otherwise pay to fix the problem ourselves. In summation, the extra room and yard we get with a duplex is great, but I am not sure it is worth the hassle. I'd rather not have all the problems and trouble that comes with a management company that is very difficult to deal with and based an hour away.
