She CLEARLY does not know what she is doing and i have no idea how she has a job here. She was not even holding the scissors correctly. She didn't wet my hair, or pay any attention to the instructions I gave her for the style. I wouldn't be surprised if that was her first time ever cutting hair. It genuinely looks like she tried to mess my hair up. Easily the worst haircut i have ever gotten in my entire life and will never be coming back here unless this lady is fired. I arrived early and let them know I was there. Never was I told they were running behind. 15 minutes after the appointment time I was still sitting in my car. I called and they said they were running a little behind. Ok no big deal. 55 mins after my appointment time they finally called. While I was sitting there I saw them standing around talking. They never asked stylist what appointments they had made before hand so when they gave me a time they didn't realize who was already coming in. So incredibly disappointed. I truly hope they start checking before telling people to come.
