Jennifer was also exceptionally helpful with special disability needs I have and in my book, she is a Super Star. I regret the highest rating possible is five stars. Jennifer is a solid 10. Booked an appointment with Jenna for a Devacut and olaplex treatment, went home and washed and…read morestyled my hair a few days later and noticed some pieces of my hair were not cut properly. Some weren't cut at all, left side of my hair was cut in a V, the right side cut straight across, I messaged her about fixing it, she said that she would check her books, I messaged her again about fixing it and what day and never recieved a response. Would not trust her to cut your curls. Horrible customer service and bad business ethics. I would find someone with a higher level of devacut training.
