Pretty much everything especially their upper management corporate need to get more involved with…read moretheir workers and listen to what's actually going on by the people that is actually keeping the company running, but they rather listening to management that don't care and have no idea of what's actually going on with they day-to-day activities? you have two superintendent that actually need to be fired. They pick with their employees rather than trying to help them in the company know this, but they choose not to do nothing to them and they wonder why they production is going down. The morale is going down. They need to really go through that company and really pay attention of their workforce of the people that is actually keeping the company running and that's their every day employees rather than superintendent or walking around talking about what they gonna do to sabotage and actually does it but nothing gets done about them two ladies that is the problem they come around and tell you what is suspected of you of the build and now there is no way possible that it can be done cause you don't have the people you need on the line to actually operate to the capacity that is suspected of you. This place really need to be gone through with a fine tooth comb and make a lot of changes for the good rather than for the bad this place used to be a good company ran well people really looked forward going to work, but it is going downhill fast and don't look like corporate really cares. They really need to get a handle on it even though I'm making this post I doubt if anything change let's cross our fingers and see what happens.
