The agent was good but their overall post process was horrible. The agent was trying to rush us into signing a move-in checklist that didn't reflect the unit. 3 bedrooms but the list I am being pressured to sign only shows 2. The master bedroom isn't on the checklist and it is the room with the most problems/concern. When Inquire about this, i'm told it is a standard form that can't be modified. I find that strange that you have a 2 room documents but many homes have 3-5 rooms. My advice is to steer clear of Dominion Realty.

We were also impressed with their communication and efficiency. We always got a hold of Brandon and Crystal (after-hours and weekends). We spoke with Brandon and Crystal and then met with them at our home. They spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Brandon and Crystal made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had some major holdups on clearing all the Title hurdles, but he helped me to get it done. I lived out of state and was looking for property around Deerfield Beach Island. Sometimes I was unable to timely view the property and "JR" within a day was able to provide me a video walkthru with his opinions as he walked through. We would then discuss each video on the phone. The times I was able to be present, he drove me around and clearly listened to my main priorities as we viewed properties. I finally made an offer that was accepted and the seller and agent were both hard to work with. JR always looked out solely for my interest and saved me a loss of my deposit when the seller played games with dates and paperwork. The Title company confirmed the uncooperative seller actions. Eventually I did make the purchase which included the 2 main priorities I had for a home. He was also very helpful with referring me businesses that would help with either moving my furniture or car and local contractors for any possible work. We…read morewere going to use a friend of ours who just got her real estate license, however I had second thoughts due to the fact that we were buying a commercial property that was in high demand, and we could not afford for anything to go wrong. I was referred to Stephanie by a real estate investor friend of mine that highly recommended her. He said that she was, "the best of the best". We ended up using her and it was the best decision we have ever made. Everything that could have gone wrong with this transaction, went wrong. From mistakes on our credit report, contractual problems and issues with the seller.This was the transaction from hell!! Stephanie didn't flinch at any of our issues. She fixed literally every problem we encountered. Stephanie was like a pit bull tackling every issue. She basically forced the deal to go through and even helped on the financing end. She knew how to deal with every issue. She knew all the tricks that sellers, banks and lawyers pull to get a few extra dollars out of you or to tie things up to put you in a weaker bargaining position. She called everyone out on their B.S. and had an answer for everything. She aggressively worked for us and made everyone give us every term we wanted. We even got a better rate on our financing based on her advice getting us 4% fixed full term loan, versus a 6% fixed for only the first five years. She told us to ditch our bank who was playing games with us and go to a small community bank which was the best advice ever, and saved us over $100,000 over the life of the loan. We also closed on time when it was looking like it was impossible for us to close on time, which would have at worst cost us the deal or at best cost us thousands of dollars in extra costs to cover the time over the signing date. To sum up Stephanie saved us well over $100,000 due to her expertise, helped us close a deal that looked like it wasn't going to close and helped us through a VERY stressful process! Roman tracked them down at the multi-home property and had each package waiting in our place when we arrived. He also immediately responded with a solution when we'd locked ourselves out of the property, and he's shipping an item we left behind back to our home. And it is definitely not for sale. They like to make phone calls and even when so far as to use some kind of spyware to look up family members who were never associated with the property and send text messages to them. They appear to be predators. People should be aware of this. I will be filing a harassment charge if I continue to get any mailings or text messagesor calls from this company.
