Between Dr. C and Holly, I don't believe there's any better providers around! Both very helpful and knowledgeable, and I gave it a 10 out of 10 rating, or actually a five for Yelp! So much better than my previous hearing aid from another provider. Bluetooth and latest technology gave me what I thought was gone forever. And then I discovered sound that I didn't know Gaurav was missing! Needless to say, I am over the moon happy with the staff and the product and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen.

But my grandma could hear again, so we purchased the hearing aids from them anyway. When it was time to get her awesome hearing aids a routine check, we went to the Winter Garden location instead. Dr Troast couldn't have been kinder and more attentive. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes - he patiently answered all the questions we now had since grandma has been wearing her hearing aids for 5 months. He cleaned the devices, taught us how to clean them and was overall a great listener, no pun intended. It was a world of difference from the previous experience. We were very happy. I found this ear nose and throat Center listed on my insurance company's website for proof…read moreproviders. I failed to look at their reviews before I went to the office. When I call to get an appointment they said they would email me the forms that I needed in order to be seen by the doctor which they did. The quality of the forms look like something that have been photocopied hundreds of times and each new copy was made off of a photocopy of the one before it leading into a very low quality sheet for me to fill out. Some of the pages were difficult to read. When I got to the office I noticed that it was very out-of-date. Most of the furniture looked portable and like it came from Ikea. You can see from the two attached photos that the equipment looks pretty aged as does the waiting room. The staff was friendly enough but it seemed like the doctor did not listen to my concerns as much as tell me what he thought the issue was. I don't think I will be back to this office and we'll be finding a new ear nose and throat doctor. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible

I have complete faith in Dr. Cox. My initial experience with the practice 13 years ago was when Winnie Palmer misdiagnosed my son. However, Florida Otolaryngology swiftly and accurately diagnosed him with Mono, resulting in his prompt admission to another hospital. His subsequent week-long stay revealed one of the most severe cases of mono on record, leading to the creation of case studies based on his illness. I haven't had terrible experiences with making appointments and I always confirm my appointment ahead of time to avoid the questions on the iPad. This seems to be the way medical appointments are transitioning. I prefer answering questions on my phone or computer via text before my appointments rather than while I'm there; it's easier.

As that secondary audio transponder device becomes obsolete, she is having to leave her flip phone behind. Of course I tested positive for a number of things. I like this practice because: 1. They are thorough in their examinations and listen to their patients. 2. Aside from being ENT office, they also have a hearing center, voice center and plastic surgery center as well as allergy testing and shots. 3. Their staff are very personable and helpful-always! I've been getting allergy shots here for two years now and the only negative thing I must say is: I really hate that allergy shots are only given during workday hours on Mondays and Tuesdays! I work from 8-4 and they give shots from 8:30 to 4:45. It takes me a good 15-20 to drive here on my lunch hour and if I try to come after work and get stuck in I-4 traffic then I am just out of luck. It would be great if they would pick one of the days to either open early or stay open later- say Monday 7am-4pm or Tuesday 9am-6pm, OR open Monday 7-12, Tuesday 1-6 and add Thursday 7-12-then some of us who work everyday wouldn't have to rush like mad to get here for our shots or be shorted a shot day opportunity whenever a Monday Holiday rolls around. The ridiculously inconvenient allergy shot days/times at this office are why they are only getting 4 stars from me.

Additionally, they are unable to tell you the costs you will be billed from the many specialists they work with. And they said there is no way to find out. Absolutely unacceptable. Socialized Healthcare would be better than this. I recommend avoiding this practice.
