Don J.

20 minutes of answering endless questions on an iPad consigning so many agreements (in small letters) that I cannot remember anymore, followed by a wait and more questions by the nurse or sec which could have been asked on the iPad. It's now 50 minutes and I'm still waiting. Disregard for patients' time for few reasons mainly because the questions on the iPad were not all needed. An hour and 50 minutes wa the visit and I feel the doctor was lost for something relatively simple. The hearing test was old looking "lab" which seemed to be 20-30 years old. Worst of all, the doctor recommended invasive proceedures for a very simple thing. AVOID.

Saw Dr. Reese for an ear issue and I couldn't be more pleased. He explained thoroughly what I was experiencing and why. Got me the help I needed and was friendly as well. The office is using new computer software which allows new patients to fill out medical information on a germ-free iPad. Best part? I didn't have to fill in my insurance info--scanning my card automatically put it all in my file. My wait time was minimal, the staff was friendly and helpful.

My polyp is practically nonexistent!!! Wooot!

I usually see was out for two weeks but they had availability here so I made the trip. As usual I received excellent service. I checked in when I got there and waited to be called. When they called me, they took me around to the other waiting room, and the audiologist came for me almost immediately. She was very nice and listened to what I had to say. She was able to take care of my hearing aids immediately, and we went over some options for some of the other components that I might try but sadly I had tried them all, and I was using everything that works for me at this point. Thankfully, I was in and out fairly quickly, and it was very satisfied. If you need hearing aids this is definitely a good company.

I wish I'd known what to expect before choosing Dr. Han, which is why I'm sharing my experience…read more Over the span of nearly a year, I had many appointments with him and his team for a septoplasty procedure. Unfortunately, both the process and the outcome were disappointing. His front office staff were frequently rude and unprofessional, especially when I needed to reschedule or had basic questions. The surgery itself didn't deliver what was promised. My septum remains visibly bent, and I still have trouble breathing through one nostril, despite being told it would be "perfectly straight." Dr. Han came off as overconfident and dismissive. He didn't seem interested in understanding my anatomy and brushed off my questions about the surgical plan with vague reassurances. Rather than offering explanations, he told me to "trust him." After the surgery, when the results fell short, he tried to blame allergies instead of acknowledging the visible problem. He eventually admitted he had overpromised, something that would have been helpful to hear before I agreed to the procedure. It now feels like his main goal was to get me to commit to surgery ($). While he may be technically competent, my experience with him, his staff, and the final result was frustrating and disappointing.

There's nothing more frustrating than dealing with a practice that doesn't put quality care for you…read moreabove anything else. But I guess that's what you get for being forced to go to a specialty practice that your insurance approves. How would you like to meet with your doctor and have to remind HIM what we did in the last appointment? To remind HIM what medications I took...aren't they suppose to know what we've done and what the plan of care is?? Isn't that what we (insurance and me) are paying them a lot of money for??? How about getting a MONTH between appointments when your care requires more acute care???? Just wrap that all up with a nurses team that NEVER returns your call the day of and shares no compassion or urgency in making sure your doctor gives you the most essential care in an expedient manner.. Ok, I'm gonna go back to waiting until Tuesday..5 days for now..for my doctor there to make some time for my care and speak with my insurance doctor about getting the MRI of my HEAD approved..no big emergency there huh? I'll just wait..it's what the Florida ENT and Pediatrics does best...wait wait wait...and wait some more....good luck if you decide to go with this office for your "care."

My daughter (11) has an eardrum anomaly and sees an ENT 3 hours out of town. Prior to each visit,…read morewe need to have a hearing exam. Dr. Liz White performs her comprehensive exam and provides the results directly to the otologist. I'm so thankful to have a local audiologist on the care team for my daughter's ears. My daughter loves the care Dr. White provides and even aspires to be an audiologist when she grows up! I also follow Dr. White on Facebook. I am 48, and even though I didn't want to admit it at first, many of her posts felt all too familiar. My whole career has been spent in a quiet professional office. I have never been one to blast music, and I rarely use headphones. As a matter of fact, I am sensitive to loud noises. Yet, I have been experiencing difficulty hearing complete sentences in social situations. This is frustrating to the point I sometimes avoid them. I frequently have to say "what?" to my children, friends and family. I also read an interesting theory about how hearing health may be affected by certain autoimmune diseases that I have. Finally, a simple statement I read about why people take care of their eye health, but seem to think ear health is an old person condition, prompted me to make an appointment. Well guess what? It turns out I do have hearing loss! It is not to the point of needing hearing aids, yet. Dr. White is not just going to test your hearing and fit you with aids if they are not needed at this point. Finding out I do in fact have hearing loss was a bit validating because it identified why I was struggling to hear in these situations. My hearing will not improve. I am so thankful that I have a baseline established so that when I follow up in a year, or before if I notice a significant change, we will be able to compare the results. I am 48 and have hearing loss! It is not an "old person" condition! Establishing this now, I will be able to help mitigate any cognitive decline that may coincide with hearing loss when I do reach my senior years. By the way, my hearing loss is not related at all to my daughter's eardrum issue, so this is not a genetic situation. Basically, if you find yourself struggling to hear in social situations like restaurants, at a conference or meeting, or if you can't hear your kids talking to you from the back seat of the car, etc., do yourself a favor and get a baseline hearing test! You don't need to be a senior citizen to test your hearing! Thank you Dr. White! Kathy Rose

She wanted to get me in and out her door as efficiently as possible. Dr. White says she is the only audiologist in Brevard County who does real ear measurements. Two Rivers hearing and Costco also do real ear measurements. She also says she is the only one who uses data from a hearing trial to evaluate how much time you spend in quiet vs noisy surroundings. This would be funny in a sitcom. If your hearing loss is not that complicated, you can consider buying hearing aids for less than 1/3rd the cost at Costco or Sams Club. Costco and Sams Club hearing aids are very good nowadays.
